Ukinut pritvor Esedu Radeljašu
Kantonalni sud u Sarajevu ukinuo je jutros pritvor Esedu Radeljašu, prvoptuženom u predmetu “Blok”. Pritvor mu je ukinut jer su procjene da bi mu boravak u KPZ Sarajevo predstavljao ozbiljnu prijetnju za njegovo zdravstveno stanje. Njegova odbrana mjesecima je tražila da se on brani sa slobode zbog problema s srcem.
Takav nalaz iznio je jutros vještak medicinske struke Ibrahim Gavrankapetanović, koji je na zahtjev Sudskog vijeća i vještačio medicinsku dokumentaciju Radeljaša i utvrdio ove okolnosti.
On je u pritvoru proveo skoro deset mjeseci.
