Upućena nota ambasadama Kine, Rusije i Srbije zbog obilježavanja 9. januara
Zamjenica predsjedavajućeg Vijeća ministara BiH i ministrica vanjskih poslova Bosne i Hercegovine Bisera Turković uputila je danas note ambasadama Ruske Federacije, Narodne Republike Kine i Republike Srbije zbog prisustvovanja predstavnika ambasada ovih država na manifestacijama održanim 9. januara u Banjaluci.
“Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Bosne i Hercegovine izražava poštovanje i želi skrenuti pažnju na činjenicu da je Ustavni sud BiH donio presudu, koja je objavljena u Službenom glasniku BiH, broj 30/19, kojom se 9. januar kao službeni dan entiteta Republika Srpska proglašava neustavnim, utvrdivši da njegovo obilježavanje nije u skladu sa članom I/2. Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine, članom II/4. Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine u odnosu na član 1.1., članovima 2. a) i c) Međunarodne konvencije o ukidanju svih oblika rasne diskriminacije, članakom 1. Protokola br. 12 Europske konvencije i člankom VI/5. Ustaav Bosne i Hercegovine. Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova BiH u tom smislu izražava protest zbog prisustva predstavnika ambasade na svečanosti obilježavanja 9. januara, koji su održani 8. i 9. januara 2022. godine u Banjaluci, koji predstavljaju akt koji se protivi gornjoj presudi Ustavnog suda BiH”, navedeno je u noti.
Ministarstvo, kako je istaknuto, također želi naglasiti stav da nepoštovanje institucija Bosne i Hercegovine i presuda Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine „predstavlja čin grubog miješanja u unutrašnja pitanja Bosne i Hercegovine.“
“Stoga, Ministarstvo je prinuđeno da oštro osudi ovakvo ponašanje koje može narušiti prijateljske odnose. Ministarstvo ujedno traži da se o ovoj diplomatskoj noti upozna Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova vaše države”, istaknuto je.
