Urednik na BHT-u Tvrtko Milović: Bogićević je mitska ljuštura, Sarajevu treba radi lažne multietničnosti

Tvrtko Milović, urednik na BHT-u objavio je na portalu Poskok.info komentar koji se neće nimalo svidjeti sarajevskoj javnosti i svim mnogobrojnim poštovaocima lika i djela Bogića Bogićevića. On se u svome komentaru pita ko je ustvari Bogić i koliki je njegov značaj.

“Upoznao sam Bogića Bogićevića prije nekih 8-9 godina. Možda je bolje reći da sam bio u prilici čuti njegovo analitičko izlaganje u nekom omanjem društvu. U tih pola sata na mene je ostavio generalno pozitivan dojam razumnog i pametnog čovjeka.
Svojim pristajanjem da ga se kandidira na jednu stupidnu poziciju neadekvatnu veličini koja mu se daje, demantirao je ostavljeni dojam.
Bogić Bogićević, pored svih epidemioloških, sportskih, migrantskih, ustavnih, ekonomskih, demografskih i sličnih problema, dobio je posljednjih sedam dana ubjedljivo najveću pažnju medija i javnosti. Neupućen čovjek bi pomislio da se radi o samom Bogu Bogoviću koji treba preuzeti mjesto doživotnog predsjednika i maršala BiH.
Kao i obično, radi se o još jednoj u nizu izvrnutih percepcija koje dominiraju javnim narativom u BiH. Bogić Bogićević je adekvatan za gradonačelnika Sarajeva upravo onoliko koliko su on i pozicija bitni – nula.
Sarajlije najbolje znaju koliko je pozicija gradonačelnika grada nebitna. Tanak proračun i nikakve ovlasti čine ovu poziciju protokolarnom. Od gradonalčelnika Sarajeva po zakonskoj „težini“ moćniji je načelnik općine Trnovo.
Bogićević sigurno zna da mu je mjesto graonačelnika i ponuđeno jer ne znači baš ništa. On je svjesno pristao biti fikus multietničnosti iz vjerojatno materijalnih razloga.
Što nas dovodi do pitanja – tko je uopće Bogićević!?
Sudeći prema spomenutim beskrajnim hvalospjevima Bogićevićeve hrabrosti, sposobnosti, neustrašivosti, dosljednosti i čega sve ne, možemo utvrditi da je Bogićević sa svojih skoro 70 godina života uradio samo jednu jedinu stvar – rekao Ne.
Kvalificira li ga to za gradonačelnika!? Sudeći prema emocijama Sarajlija – apsolutno Da.
Prava je šteta što se Bogićević nije kandidirao na izborima pa da na taj način legitimira svoju kandidaturu. Ali, zašto bi on to radio kada je prije trideset godina na jednom sastanku rekao Ne.
Eh da. Taj sastanak.
U kolektivnoj bošnjačkoj i hrvatskoj memoriji, taj sastanak je povijesno prijeloman. Ukratko, Bogićevićevo Ne je bilo presudno da „Milošević i JNA ne izvedu vojni udar u Jugoslaviji“. Prema simplificiranoj povijesti ova dva kolektiva, Milošević i JNA su rane 1991. „jedno te isto“.
Još veću simplifikaciju doživljava Bogićevićeva personalna uloga na tom sastanku nakon kojeg je on izjavio da „jeste Srbin ali ne po profesiji“ čime se urezao u kolektivnu memoriju multietničnih građana koji preziru etničke identitete.
No, istina o kontekstu te 1991. je vjerojatno kompleksnija.
Tog ožujka 1991. Milošević ni približno nije upravljao JNA kako se to danas prezentira u Zagrebu i Sarajevu. Kontrolu nad JNA uspostavit će tek smjenom Veljka Kadijevića godinu poslije. Do tada je i Milošević, kao danas Izetbegović, morao glumatati da je za „državu jednakopravnih naroda“.
Drugo, sprječavanje JNA da izvrši vojni udar u Jugoslaviji vjerojatno je više odgovaralo Miloševiću nego Hrvatskoj i Sloveniji. Vojni udar bi značio i sputavanje Miloševićevog preuzimanja vlasti. Slovenija i Hrvatska su se svakako spremale na rat računajući na JNA kao protivnika, bila ona pod Kadijevićem ili Miloševićem.
S druge strane, početkom 1991. BiH nije bila ni blizu konsenzusa oko neovisnosti tako da je teško povjerovati da je baš Bogićević već tada radio za neovisnu BiH godinu prije nego što se na taj potez odlučila bošnjačka (i hrvatska) elita.
Treće, Bogićeviću nije trebala nikakva posebna hrabrost za izgovor famoznog Ne. Kao što smo vidjeli, nakon izgovorenog Ne nije mu se ništa dogodilo. Prenoćio u Beogradu i ujutro se vratio u Sarajevo. Milošević je zadovoljno trljao ruke jer je dobio neophodno vrijeme za rušenje komande JNA i preuzimanja potpune kontrole nad prostorom koji se smatrao srpskim.
Ako se ipak zadržimo na tezi da je taj dan srušena zajednička namjera Miloševića i JNA o vojnom udaru na Jugoslaviju, onda se i povijesni narativ mora mijenjati – Milošević više nije zastupnik „velikosrpske“ nego „velikojugoslavenske“ ideje.
Usput, kakva je to strašna JNA koja za vojni udar traži odobrenje civilne vlasti!?
Vratimo se na čudesnog Bogićevića.
Poslije ove epizode koja ga jeste proslavila, Bogićević nestaje poput ljetnog hita. Tu je negdje, vrti se u politici, ali nikad ništa. Zar je moguće da u skoro 70 godina života „neustrašivi“ Bogićević pokaže hrabrost samo jedan dan u životu!?
Auru važnosti Bogićević nikad ne odbacuje jer njegovo Ne postaje centralni dio njegovog identiteta. Vremenom, više nitko ne spori u njegove kvalitete jer Bogićević ne radi ništa čime bi to ugrozio.
Ustvari, Bogićević ne radi ništa uopće.
Sve do svoje 68 godine života kada prihvaća kandidaturu za objektivno nevažno mjesto. I kad se malo zakuhalo u gradskom vijeću – Bogićević se hrabro povlači.
Mitski status Bogićevića uklapa se u nešto sasvim drugo – nagon političkog Sarajeva da idealizira nekolicinu Srba i Hrvata kako bi njima prikazao multietničnost. No, kada pogledate biografije svih tih bogićevića, kljujića, lazovića i komšića, tamo ne nalazite nikakve profesionalne ili poslovne uspjehe. Tamo nema ništa. Prazne stranice.
Kod Bogićevića je to riječ Ne. Kod Kljujića je to lula i leptir mašna. Kod Lazovića lista stranaka koje je promijenio. Kod Komšića nema ni to…
Sve u svemu, nit će Sarajevo izgubiti nit će dobiti izborom Bogićevića.
Kao što mi je jednom u polušali jednom rekao jedan bivši, i nažalost pokojni gradonačelnik Sarajeva na polaganju vijenaca na vječnoj vatri – ‘ionako nemamo para da nešto drugo radimo'”.
