Uručena donacija medicinske opreme zdravstvenim ustanovama TK
Univerzitetskom kliničkom centru Tuzla i Zavodu za javno zdravstvo Tuzlanskog kantona danas je uručena medicinska oprema u vrijednosti oko 164.000 KM, koju je donirala Evropska unija.
Donirana oprema je dio ukupne medicinske pomoći EU za BiH u borbi protiv COVID-19 pandemije, u vrijednosti od sedam miliona eura, koja se od marta 2020. godine isporučuje zdravstvenim ustanovama u BiH.
Direktor Univerzitetsko kliničkog centra Tuzla Vahid Jusufović rekao je novinarima da je ovo značajna donacija od EU te da je UKC Tuzla dobio savremeni aparat za PCR testiranje i značajnu količinu zaštitne medicinske opreme.
-Mi ćemo proširiti kapacitete testiranja, imat ćemo mogućnost otvaranja druge linije za testiranje PCR testova, stvorili smo rezervu – kazao je Jusufović, ističući značaj nove zaštitne medicinske opreme zbog povećanog broja hospitaliziranih u ovoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi.
Broj hospitaliziranih pacijenata zaraženih COVID-om 19 u UKC Tuzla kreće se od 150 do 170 sa tendencijom blagog povećanja, a povećava se i broj smrtnih slučajeva, navodi Jusufović.
Govoreći o značaju ove donacije Jasmina Džambić Brkić, epidemiolog u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo TK napomenula je da ova institucija za vrijeme zaraze COVID-19 vrši uzorkovanje na terenu i orijentirani su na staračke domove i ustanove.
Zavod za javno zdravstvo TK će osim UKC-u Tuzla izvršiti raspodjelu zaštitne medicinske opreme i domovima zdravlja.
Ministrica zdravstva TK Dajana Čolić navodi da je do danas ovaj kanton dobio donacije medicinske opreme u vrijednosti od milion KM.
Po njenim riječima, ukupan broj zaraženih u odnosu na broj testiranih uzoraka je 30 posto, naglasivši da zabrinjava veliki broj smrtnih slučajeva, zbog čega je apelirala na građane da se pridržavaju mjera zaštite.
Spomenuta medicinska oprema je nabavljena u skladu sa standardima EU za javne nabavke kroz projekt koji provodi UNDP BiH.
