Usvajanje korona-zakona u Parlamentu FBiH je na “tankom ledu”
Jučerašnji novi momenat na političkoj sceni Federacije BiH, kada je riječ o funkcioniranju parlamentarne većine SDA-SBB-DF-HDZ, doveo je u pitanju usvajanje Prijedloga zakona o ublažavanju negativnih ekonomskih posljedica ili kolokvijalno rečeno korona-zakona.Za novi momenat na političkoj sceni zaslužan je SBB koji je usvajanje korona-zakona uslovio uvođenjem moratorija na kredite za sve pravne i fizičke osobe u trajanju od godinu dana i najmanje šest mjeseci od proglašenja prestanka opće opasnosti i stanja prirodne nesrece u FBiH. Također, SBB traži da se za vrijeme moratorija kamata ograniči na jedan posto.
Sam premijer FBiH Fadil Novalić (SDA), kako je prenijela potpredsjednica Kluba SBB-a u Predstavničkom domu Sanela Prašović-Gadžo na jučerašnjem sastanku o ovom pitanju iznio je svoje neslaganje objašnjavajući poziciju bankarskog sektora.
Za očekivati je da Vlada FBiH ne prihvati ovakav amandman budući da je, kada je u pitanju moratorij na kredite, ranije zauziman drugačiji stav, a to je tromjesečni moratorij na koji pravo imaju samo oni koji su ugroženi u aktuelnoj kriznoj situaciji.
S druge strane Vlada je ranije već nagovijestila da će prihvatiti određene amandmane koje su podnijeli HDZ i DF.
Ukoliko se uzme u obzir omjer snaga u Predstavničkom domu, pod uslovom da svi zastupnici iz klubova SDA, HDZ-a i DF-a budu prisutni na online sjednici i glasaju, korona-zakon bi minimalnom većinom mogao proći.
Naime, u ovom domu SDA ima 27 zastupnika, HDZ 16, a DF 10. Sa 53 zastupnička glasa postigla bi se minimalna većina budući da ovaj dom broji ukupno 98 zastupnika. No, pod velikim je znakom pitanja može li se postići da svi iz navedena tri kluba budu prisutni i da glasaju.
Sam Klub SBB-a broji osam zastupnika, te bi se uz zadovoljenje njihovih uvjeta postiglo da vladajuća većina u FBiH ima komotan broj glasova.
Bilo kako bilo, u danima prije sjednice Predstavničkog doma slijedi borba i lobiranje za svaki glas kako bi se u konačnici izglasao korona-zakon.
Treba naglasiti da su iz opozicionih klubova, SDP-a, Naše stranke, Nezavisnog bloka također stiglo desetine amandmana na ovaj zakon, a također i iz Udruženja poslodavaca i drugih grupacija.
