Usvojen Prijedlog zakona, RS kreće u osnivanje svoje Agencije za lijekove
Narodna skupština Republike Srpske usvojila je sa 43 glasa “za” i dva “suzdržana” Prijedlog zakona o lijekovima i medicinskim sredstvima kojim se planira osnivanje Agencije za lijekove i medicinska sredstva RS. Opozicija je bojkotvala glasanje. Glasanju je prisustvovalo svega 45 poslanika.
DNS je ranije odbio učestvovati u raspravi, dok su SDS i PDP kazali kako se neće izjasniti o predloženim zakonima.
Ovim se krenulo u realizaciju najava Milorada Dodika koji planira osnovati entitetske paralelne institucije, a “protjerati” i proglasiti “nenadležnim” određene institucije Bosne i Hercegovine u entitetu RS.
Sjedište Agencije bit će u Banjaluci i u svom sastavu ima Kontrolnu laboratoriju kao i Glavnu kancelariju za farmakovigilansu. Na organizaciju i rad Agencije, navodi se u prijedlogu, primjenjuju se odredbe propisa kojim se uređuje oblast republičke uprave.
Procijenjeno je da je za osnivanje ove agencije potrebno 2.315.000 KM, a da bi na godišnjem nivou tebalo izdvajati 3.500.000 KM.
Današnju posebnu sjednicu NSRS pratile su burne rasprave, opomene i oduzimanje riječi opozicionim poslanicima.
