Velika Britanija šalje ratne brodove u Crno more!

Britanski vojni brodovi plovit će za Crno more uslijed rastuće napetosti u regiji, kazao je visoki mornarički časnik za The Times. 

Jedan razarač tipa 45 naoružan protuavionskim projektilima i protupodmornička fregata tipa 23 napustit će grupu brodova kraljevske mornarice u Sredozemlju i krenuti kroz Bosfor u Crno more, navodi se u izvještaju.

RAF F-35B mlaznjaci i helikopteri Merlin koji služe za “lov na podmornice” čekat će spremni na nosaču HMS Queen Elizabeth, kako bi podržali ratne brodove u Crnom moru.

Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo šalje brodove kako bi “pokazala solidarnost prema Ukrajini i NATO saveznicima”. Ovakvom odlukom, UK opet pokazuje da je najbrža u pomoći SAD-u. Vojno savezništvo ove dvije zemlje ponekad počiva na krivim pretpostavkama. Sjetimo se rata u Iraku kada su UK i SAD predvodile invaziju na režim Saddama Husseina zbog proizvodnje nuklearnog oružja. Optužba za nuklearno naoružanje se pokazala lažnom. Nisu sve zemlje NATO saveza brzo “uskočile” u zajednički napade. Francuska i Njemačka bile su mnogo suzdržanije, pa čak i suprotstavljene odluci o slanju trupa.
