Zahtjev za ostavku

(nacelnik uprave za organizovani kriminal)
3. Darka Culuma
(direktor policije RS)
4. Zeljka Karana
(patologa i nacelnika zavoda za sudsku medicinu RS)
5. Zelimira Lepira
(tuzioca)
6. Dalibora Vrece
(tuzioca)
Zbog njihove upletenosti u nedopustene radnje sprjecavanja dokazivanja i zataskavanja ubistva mog sina Davida Dragicevica kako bi se na taj nacin zastitile institucije RS. Jer je ocigledno da Lukac i ostali vise ne uzivaju podrsku svojih saradnika, gradjana, a po nasim saznanjima i dobar dio pripadnika policije nije za njih. U interesu gradjana insistiracu da svi navedeni daju ostavke jer su ovo namjerno uradili kako bi ukrali vrijeme i pomogli ubicama. Ostavke zahtijevam zbog moralnih razloga a njihovu krivicnu odgovornost ce utvrditi tuzilastvo BiH. Da se do 30.12. do 18:00h, tj. do pocetka skupa PzD, uhapse: Filip Culum, Djordje Radjen, Zoran Bosnjak, Mikica Marjanac, Sinisa Kojdic, inspektor Bojan Karanovic. Takodje da se pod mjere nazdora stave ostali neimenovani koji su odzali kriminalnu press konferenciju MUP-a RS 26.3. gdje su drugi put ubili Davida Dragicevica. Ovim nasim zahtjevima rok ispunjenja je 30.12., nedjelja, do 18:00h. Ne budu li ispunjeni ovi nasi zahtjevi, mi ne odlazimo sa trga Davida Dragicevica, i za sve ostalo sta se bude dogadjalo poslije tog momenta iskljucivu odgovornost snosice Milorad Dodik, Zeljka Cvijanovic, svi pripadnici MUP-a RS i tuzilastvo RS.
Samim cinom moga hapsenja, majke Suzane, bliskih ljudi oko nas, dana 25.12. i okolnosti koje su dovele do tog cina meni je jasno, a i svim ljudima koji su stali iza mene i mog ubijenog sina Davida Dragicevica, kakve su njihove namjere. Jasno i glasno kazem da to necu ni dozvoliti ni dopustiti. Ubili su mi dijete i stacu ispred ljudi koji me podrzavaju i ako treba u toj borbi dacu prvi svoj zivot za Davida Dragicevica Djakca i za ljude koji stoje iza mene i mog sina.
Mir i dostojanstvo smo pokazivali svima preko 10 mjeseci i jedino sto smo dobili od tih institucija, tj konkretan odgovor je dan 25.12. kad su pokusali na neligitiman nacin i nezakonski da nas ubiju i da nas uniste. Citav svijet je vidio prekomjernu upotrebu sile nad golorukim narodom, zenama, djecom i prema naduznim gradjanima ove drzave.
Pored slika koje su obisle svijet policijska brutalnost je dostigla svoj vrhunac unutar policijske stanice mimo ociju javnosti gdje su ljudi bili izlozeni fizickom i psihickom maltretiranju sto ministar policije negira.
Samim cinom MUP-a RS i tuzilastva RS necu dozvoliti da budem ubijen i likvidiran kao i moj pokojni sin David Dragicevic i jedino sto meni preostaje i ljudima oko mene jeste da u ovoj borbi idemo do kraja. Oprosta i zaborava nema. Sasvim svjestan cinjenice i odgovornosti prema ljudima koji su stali uz mene, pozivam medjunarodnu zajednicu i sve njihove predstavnike u BiH da u okviru svojih nadleznosti reaguju pod hitno kako bih ja dobio zadovoljstvinu a ljudi koji me prate posljednjih dana predstojece praznike docekali u svojim domovima a ne na ulici.
