(VIDEO) Berlinska policija na silu razbija protest protiv “zatvaranja”
Stotine aktivista okupilo se u središnjem Berlinu, protestvujući protiv vladinih mjera “zaključavanja” zbog koronavirusa i tvrdeći da država vodi „autoritarnu vladavinu“.
Oko 300 prosvjednika okupilo se u subotu na trgu Rosa-Luksemburg-Platz u glavnom gradu Njemačke, ččesnici se nisu trudili da poštuju smjernice za socijalno distanciranje i samo je nekoliko njih nosilo zaštitne maske za lice.
Skup je okupio ljude s vrlo različitim političkim stajalištima, budući da su se transparenti na skupu kretali od prilično umjerenih pro-demokratskih poziva do prilično čvrstih. Na primjer, jedan prosvjednik je primijećen kako nosi transparent na kojem piše “Vakcinacija je terorizam”.
Miting je odmah eskalirao u sukobe između aktivista i policije koji su pokušavali da uklone demonstrante sa tog područja. Nekoliko osoba je privedeno i nasilno smješteno u policijske kombije.
Ranije ove sedmice, Ustavni sud zemlje presudio je da Nijemci imaju pravo da održavaju političke proteste ako se pridržavaju pravila socijalne distancije.
Slučaj su dobili prodemokratski aktivisti iz države Hesse, koji su ranije izgubili slučaj na dva suds niže razine koji su stali na stranu vlasti. Međutim, Ustavni sud je smatrao da je zabrana protesta neustavna, naloživši vlastima da preispitaju takve politike.
