Vijeće ministara BiH radilo u punom sastavu, jednoglasno donijeli sve odluke, većina su zajmovi i grantovi
Vijeće ministara Bosne i Hercegovine održalo je danas sjednicu i to u punom sastavu, nakon dužeg perioda, a na sjednici su, kako je saopćeno, jednoglasno donesene sve odluke.
Više od pola odluka odnosilo se na zajmove i grantove.
Tako je utvrđen prijedlog sporazuma o finansiranju programa prekogranične saradnje Srbija-Bosna i Hercegovina 2014-2020, a riječ je o grantu vrijednom 1,8 miliona eura. Programom je obuhvaćeno 67 općina u BiH i 31 u Srbiji.
Utvrđen je i prijedlog amandmana broj 2 na Ugovor o finansiranju između BiH i RS-a te Evropske investicione banke koji je namijenjen projektu bolnica u entitetu RS.
Podržan je projekat vodosnabdijevanja u Brčkom, za šta treba da bude uzet zajam od Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj, vrijedan 6,5 miliona eura, kao i prijedlozi ugovora o grantu za poddionicu Poprikuše – Nemila na Koridoru Vc (36 miliona eura) i za tunel Ivan (9,1 milion eura).
Utvrđen je i prijedlog sporazuma o zajmu za modernizaciju vodnih i sanitarnih usluga sa Međunarodnom bankom za obnovu i razvoj, vrijedan 51,5 miliona eura. Od toga je na RS alocirano 26,5 miliona eura, a na FBiH 25 miliona eura.
Usvojene su i dvije inicijative za kreditno finansiranje autuputa na Koridoru Vc, i to 25 miliona eura za dionicu Vranduk – Ponirak u dužini od 5,3 kilometra, te 21 milion eura za poddionicu autoputa Nemila – Vranduk u dužini od 5,7 kilometara.
Dato je zeleno svjetlo i za zajam za nabavku pet tramvaja (10 miliona eura) i rasterećenje saobraćajnih gužvi na raskrsnicama u Kantonu Sarajevo (sedam miliona eura).
Osim ovoga,odobreno je da se iz budžeta Ministarstva pravde BiH prebaci 1,8 miliona KM na Državni zatvor kako bi mogao normalno funkcionirati, a omogućen je rad Odboru za žalbe policijskih službenika imenovanjem novih članova gdje je za predsjednika Odbora imenovan Samir Rizvo iz Ministarstva sigurnosti BiH, a za zamjenika Veljko Lazić iz Granične policije BiH.
Vijeće ministara BiH donijelo je, na prijedlog Ministarstva vanjske trgovine i ekonomskih odnosa BiH, Odluku o privremenoj suspenziji i privremenom smanjenju carinskih stopa kod uvoza određenih roba do 31. decembra 2022. godine.
– Ovogodišnjom odlukom su obuhvaćene 63 tarifne oznake u sektorima tekstilne, obućarske, hemijske, metalne, prehrambene i grafičke industrije, kao i elektroindustrije. Robe koje su obuhvaćene ovom odlukom su materijali i sirovine koji se smatraju repromaterijalom, jer ih koriste bh. proizvođači u vlastitoj proizvodnji za izradu gotovih proizvoda, u proizvodnji proizvoda za izvoz ili su supstitucija uvoznih proizvoda, a koji se ne mogu nabaviti na domaćem tržištu u količinama i kvalitetu potrebnom za proizvodnju gotovih proizvoda – saopćeno je.
Bilo je govora i o Covid-potvrdama, ali bez konkretnih odluka.
– Vijeće ministara dalo je saglasnost Ministarstvu civilnih poslova za iskazivanje interesa za priključenje Bosne i Hercegovine sistemu EU digitalnih Covid potvrda.
Prethodno je upoznat sa Informacijom Ministarstva civilnih poslova o potrebi uspostavljanja tehničkog rješenja za verifikaciju digitalnih Covid-19 potvrda u BiH.
Ministarstvo civilnih poslova će organizovati ministarsku konferenciju u oblasti zdravstva, na kojoj će se razmatrati mogućnosti usaglašavanja tehničkog rješenje i pravnog okvira za verifikaciju digitalnih Covid-19 potvrda u BiH. Agencija za identifikacione isprave, evidenciju i razmjenu podataka BiH biće nosilac tehničkog rješenja – saopćeno je.
