Vlada FBiH tvrdi da nije predložila otvaranje kafića

Uoči današnje sjednice Predstavniškog doma Parlameta FBiH na kojoj je predviđeno i razmatranje Informacije o epidemiološkoj situaciji u FBiH, ističemo da nisu tačni navodi pojedinih medija da je Vlada Federacije BiH za današnju parlamentarnu sjednicu uputila prijedlog za „otvaranje ugostiteljskih objekata i dozvoli konzumiranje nargila“, navodi se u saopćenju Vlade FBiH.

Naveli su da radi objektivnog informiranja javnosti žele podsjetiti da je Vlada Federacije BiH na 210. hitnoj sjednici održanoj 23. marta 2021. godine, uz Informaciju o epidemiološkoj situaciji COVID-19 u Federaciji BiH na dan 22. mart 2021. godine, usvojila naredbe i preporuke Kriznog štaba Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva čija je primjena od 24. marta 2021. godine i traje 14 dana.

– Na toj sjednici je ponovo vladama kantona, odnosno kantonalnim štabovima ministarstava zdravstva naređeno uvođenje restriktivnijih mjera na osnovu procjene epidemiološke situacije u kantonu, odnosno općini, uz redovno obavještavanje Kriznog štaba Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva. Među naredbama je i ograničavanje kretanje građana na cijelom teritoriju FBiH u vremenu od 21 sat naveče do 5 sati ujutro narednog dana. Također, dozvoljeno je okupljanje ne više od 20 ljudi u zatvorenom i na otvorenom prostoru. Dakle, uz pooštravanje postojećih, te ponovne naredbe kantonima za uvođenje restriktivnijih mjera, Vlada nije predložila „otvaranje ugostiteljskih objekata i konzumiranje nargila“, kako su objavili pojedini mediji, pozivajući se na podatke i informaciju od 22. februara 2021. godine – zaključili su.

Međutim, ukoliko se pogleda Informacija o epidemiološkoj situaciji Covid-19 u Federaciji BiH na dan 22. februar 2021. godine s prijedlogom naredbi i preporuka Kriznog štaba Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva, jasno se vide preporuke i naredbe koje se odnose na ugostiteljske objekte.

– Dozvoljava se pružanje usluga u ugostiteljskim objektima u otvorenom i zatvorenom prostoru, samo sjedeća mjesta uz obavezno pridržavanje preporuka donijetih od strane Zavoda za javno zdravstvo u Federaciji BiH. Pružanje usluga u ugostiteljskim objektima dozvoljeno je za maksimalno 30 osoba u zatvorenom prostoru i 30 osoba na otvorenom prostoru ugostiteljskog objekta, i to isključivo uz uvjet da veličina zatvorenog i otvorenog prostora ugostiteljskog objekta omogućava poštivanje navedenih mjera i preporuka Zavoda za javno zdravstvo u Federaciji BiH. U ugostiteljskim objektima, i to samo na otvorenom (baštama i terasama) dozvoljava se upotreba i konzumiranje nargila (šiša), uz obveznu primjenu jednokratnog nastavka i jednokratnog crijeva, nakon konzumiranja od strane svakog pojedinačnog klijenta. Naređuje se kriznim štabovima kantonalnih ministarstava zdravstva da u saradnji sa mjerodavnim kantonalnim ministarstvima osiguraju zabranu rada ugostiteljskih objekata i kazina na području kantona u razdoblju od 23:00 sata uvečer do 5:00 sati ujutru narednog dana. Mjere se odnose i na ugostiteljski dio odnosno restorane u hotelima, motelima i sl – naglašeno je.
