VLADA KANTONA SARAJEVO POD PRIJETNJOM KRIVIČNE ODGOVORNOSTI MORALA POVUĆI NAREDBU O OBAVEZNOJ VAKCINACIJI
Vlada Kantona Sarajevo je pod prijetnjom krivične odgovornosti morala stavila van snage naredbu o obaveznoj vakcinaciji zdravstvenog kadra, njegovatelja u socijalnim ustanovama za zbrinjavanje starijih, starijih od 60 godina i osoba sa udruženim bolestima, istakao je predsjednik BOSS-a Mirnes Ajanović.
Nehumana vlast Kantona Sarajevo je 6. 1. 2022. donijela odluku o obaveznoj vakcinaciji i provođenje naredbe uz asistenciju policije su odustali morali odustati nakon BOSS-ove svakodnevne borbe, podnošenja krivičnih prijava, dopuna, uključujući i krivičnu prijavu za pokušaj ubistva.
Prijavljeni Forto Edin, Vranić Haris, Nikšić Nermin, Konaković Elmedin, članovi Vlade Kantona Sarajevo i Kriznog štaba ministarstva zdravstva TK prijavljeni su kao organizovana kriminalna grupa sa namjerom masovnog stradanja građana glavnog grada BiH, a podnesena je i apelacija Ustavnom sudu BiH. Vlada KS je nehumanom naredbom zanemarila i činjenicu da su vakcine protiv C-19 protivno Zakonu o lijekovima i medicinskim sredstvima BiH stavljene u promet u BiH, da su zbog kontraidnikacija prijema vakcine životno ugroženi građani sa hroničnim bolestima, a prekršena je i obavezujuća Rezolucija Vijeća Evrope 2361 (2021) koja propisuje da vakcinacija nije obavezna i da niko ni pod kojim političkim, socijalnim ili drugim pritiskom ne može biti vakcinisan ako to ne želi.
Nakon što je Federalno tužilaštvo krivičnu prijavu zbog uvođenja obavezne vakcinacije dostavilo na postupanje Tužilaštvu Kantona Sarajevo i nakon što su građani putem društvenih mreža zaprijetili rušenjem vlasti, a pomoć su pružili putem društvenih mreža i brojni građani susjednih država i iz cijelog svijeta osuđujući pomahnitalu vlast, zloglasna trojka je u strahu od gubitka vlasti morala povući sramne odluke.
Svi građani Bosne i Hercegovine dužni su dobro zapamtiti ugrožavanje zdravlja i života građana Sarajeva, što bi se sigurni proširilo i na cijelu državu da nisu zaustavljeni u suludoj namjeri, i niko nema pravo oprostiti i zaboraviti koliko vlast ali u prodana opozicija može biti opasna po egzistenciju građana, upozorio je predsjednik BOSS-a Mirnes Ajanović.
