Vlada TK odobrila sredstva za sanaciju posljedica pandemije privredi i javnim zdravstvenim ustanovama
Vlada TK je evidentirala pad prihoda i danas usvojila Informaciju o uštedama u Budžetu, u okviru kapitalnih izdataka za korisnike budžetskih sredstava. Uštede su najvećim dijelom planirane na prevozu, materijalu i inventaru.
U narednom periodu će uslijediti restruktuiranje pozicija na rashodovnoj strani jer bi u suprotnom moglo doći do kašnjenja u isplatama davanja iz Budžeta TK. Iznosi sredstava na pozicijama namijenjenim socijalno ugroženima nisu smanjeni, a značajna sredstva Vlada TK odobrila je kao pomoć privredi, poljoprivredi i javnim zdravstvenim ustanovama.
Za javne zdravstvene ustanove sa područja TK Vlada TK je odobrila, putem Kantonalnog štaba civilne zaštite, milion 300 hiljada KM. Sredstva će biti raspoređena na sve domove zdravlja, UKC Tuzla, Opću bolnicu Gračanica, Centar za fizikalnu rehabilitaciju i banjsko-klimatsko liječenje Ilidža Gradačac i Zavod za javno zdravstvo TK.
„Osnovni kriterij je broj medicinskih radnika u tim zdravstvenim ustanovama. Sredstva mogu iskoristiti za nabavku neophodne opreme koja koja su bila potrebna u prethodnom periodu i samo za to mogu pravdati ta sredstva“, rekao je Mustafa Šakić, u ime Kantonalnog štaba CZ.
Data je saglasnost i na Program ulaganja sredstava vodnih naknada u oblast vodoprivrede u 2020. g. u ukupnom iznosu 10 miliona 751 hiljada KM, Više od polovine je namijenjeno finansiranju ranije preuzetih obaveza dok je 5 miliona rezervisano za sanaciju posljedica pandemije.
Valja istaći da je Vlada TK za projekat vodosnadbijevanja Gradačca sa izvorišta Domažić izdvojila 400 000 KM.
„Vlada TK će pomoći privredi obezbjeđenjem oko 4 miliona KM za subvenicju kamata malim i srednjim preduzećima da sačuvaju tekuću likvidnost koja je ugroženja zbog smanjenja obima posla. Na ovaj način u saradnji sa bankama sredstva će biti multiplicirana, a beskamatna linija će iznosti oko 100 miliona KM“, rekao je premijer TK Denijal Tulumović.
Ministarstvo finansija je zaduženo za izradu analize prihoda tokom vanrednog stanja kako bi Vlada mogla definisati dodatne mjere za pomoć privredi.
„Također razmatraće se privremeno ukidanje određenih parafiskalnih nameta na području TK. Molimo gradove i općine da također to učine jer i to predstavlja pomoć privredi. Mi ukidamo naknadu o opštoj korisnosti šuma i dio sredstava preusmjeravamo za finansiranje čuvarskih službi u šumama“, dodao je premijer TK Denijal Tulumović.
Vlada TK je usvojila Program novčane podrške poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju za 2020 godinu. Za realizaciju su planirana 4 i po miliona. Od toga, za proljetnu sjetvu je izdvojeno milion 300 hiljada KM. „Ovih milion 300 hiljada je direktna pomoć od po 100 000 KM za svaki grad ili općinu u TK, a moći će da konkurišu i na Federalni poziv i obezbijediti još 100 000“, rekao je ministar poljoprivrede, vodoprivrede i šumarstva TK Mustafa Šakić.
Svaki grad ili opština imaće na raspolaganju ukupno 200 000 KM sa kantonalnog i federalnog nivoa.
Za materijalno zbrinjavanje osoba u stanju socijalne potrebe u 2020.g Vlada TK je izdvojila 237 000 KM i još oko 200 000 KM za socijalno ugrožene raseljene osobe, za sufinansiranje električne energije, ogrjeva i trokova neprofitnog stanovanja.
