Kvalitetnije podrške i podsticaji u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji
Vlada je danas na prijedlog Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede Tuzlanskog kantona, izmijenila Program novčanih podrški u poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju u 2019. godini.
Obzirom da je uočeno je da je na području svih općina došlo do smanjenja poljoprivredne proizvodnje, posebno u oblasti voćarstva, kao i izvoza voća, Vlada je, a kako bi poljoprivrednim proizvođačima dat poticaj za veći angažman u proizvodnji voća, te kako bi se ublažile posljedice klimatskih promjena koje sve više utiču na prinose u oblasti voćarstva, izmjenom i dopunom Programa povećala iznos novčane podrške po jedinici mjere za proizvodnju voća, sa 0,07 KM/kg na 0,10 KM/kg. U cilju povećanja otkupne cijene voća za preradu na području Tuzlanskog kantona, te stvaranja uvjeta za proširenje prerađivačkih kapaciteta povećan je iznos novčane podrške za otkup voća sa 20 KM/ t na 30 KM/t, čime je povećan i ukupan iznos planirane novčane podrške. Također, je povećan i iznos novčane podrške za otkup voća za dalju prodaju i izvoz sa dosadašnjih 20 KM/t na 30 KM/t.
Kod novčane podrške za podizanje nasada krošnjastog voća, pored nasada jabuke, kruške i šljive, dodan je i nasad višnje, s obzirom da se veliki broj poljoprivrednih proizvođača odlučuje za podizanje nasada višnje.
S obzirom da je evidentan porast nasada jagode, kao i potrebu za obnavljanjem starijih nasada izmjenom i dopunom Programa je uvrštena i proizvodnja sadnica jagode.
Novčana podrška za proizvodnju sadnica jagode iznosi 0,02 KM po komadu. Pored navedenog, cilj uvrštavanja novčane podrške za proizvodnju sadnica jagode je i postizanje niže cijene sadnice.
