Vlada TK smijenjena na nelegalnoj sjednici, Vujović poziva policiju i tužilaštva da reaguju
Nova većina u Tuzlanskom kantonu koju čine SDP, PDA, Naša stranka i SBB, sazvali su nelegalnu sjednicu Skupštine TK, za vrijeme dok je trajala hitna sjednica u tuzlanskom BKC-u, te su na njoj imenovali novo rukovodstvo Skupštine, smijenili i imenovali novu Vladu TK.
– Zakazali su sjednicu neobavještavajući rukovodstvo Skupštine, stručne službe, sekretara Skupštine. Zamjenica predsjednika Skupštine Lejla Vuković (SBB) sazvala je sjednicu, a na nju nije pozvano 17 zastupnika koji nisu dio većine. Po članu 149 Krivičnog zakona BiH to je napad na ustavni poredak i naslilan ulazak u vlast – rekao je na sjednici Skupštine predsjednik Žarko Vujović iz SD-a.
Pozivam ministra unutrašnjih poslova, direktora Uprave policije MUP-a TK, Tužilaštvo BiH i Kantonalno tužilaštvo TK, istakao je Vujović, da zaštite institucije sistema TK.
– Pozivam da se zaštite odgovorni za čuvanje pečata, da zaštite sekretara Skupštine Enisu Hasanagić od nasilnog upada u prostorije i uzimanja pečata. Nelegalna Skupština ne može proizvesti nikakvo pravno dejstvo – rekao je Vujović.
Enisa Hasanagić, Sekretar Skupštine, potvrdila je za Faktor da pečat Skupštine nije kod nje fizički, nego se nalazi u prostorijama Skupštine.
Hitna sjednica Skupštine TK u BKC-u gdje se uvijek i održava, sazvana je da bi se usvojio Budžet TK za narednu godinu, te finansijski planovi ZZO TK i Službe za zapošljavanje. Međutim, na sjednici zakazanoj redovno nakon Kolegija, pojavilo se samo 15 zastupnika koji podržavaju postojeću Vladu TK. Na sjednicu sazvanu na drugom mjestu, niko od njih nije ni pozvan.
