Vlada TK: Utvrđene izmjene zakona koje omogućavaju novčane naknade porodiljama
Vlada TK je utvrdila i prijedlog Zakona o izmjenama Zakona o socijalnoj zaštiti, zaštiti civilnih žrtava rata i zaštiti porodice sa djecom. Cilj izmjena je stvaranje zakonskih pretpostavki za novčane naknade plaće ženi-majci u radnom odnosu i novčane pomoći nakon porođaja ženi-majci koja nije u radnom odnosu. Ovim se Vlada kreće ka ispunjenju još jedne od mjera navedenih u ekspozeu premijera Halilagića prilikom imenovanja Vlade TK. Izmjenama i dopunama Zakona propisuje se način ostvarivanja prava na novčanu pomoć za vrijeme trudnoće i porođaja ženi-majci, odnosno drugoj osobi koja nije u radnom odnosu, te razlozi za prestanak prava na novčanu pomoć.
