Vladajući u Gradačcu nemaju dvotrećinsku većinu
Na sutrašnjoj 9. redovnoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac na dnevnom redu trebala bi se naći i tačka o izmjeni Statuta Grada Gradačac.
Kako Gradačački glas saznaje ova tačka bi mogla biti povučena s dnevnog reda jer vladajuću koalicija nema dvotrećinsku većinu potrebnu za usvajanje. Kako dodatno saznajemo protiv izmjene je stranka Narod i Pravda, koja je dio vladajuće koalicije uz SDP, PDA I RDS.
Aktuelna većina predvođena SDP-om prijedlogom novog Statuta Grada Gradačac želi da izmjeni status predsjedavajućeg iz volontera u profesionalac, čime bi opteretili Budžet Grada sa dodatnih 4000 KM mjesečno.
Takođe izmjene Statuta se odnose na ponovno političko postavljanje Vijeća mjesnih zajednica,te povećanje broja vijećnika sa 30 na 31.vijećnika.
Treba naglasati da aktuelna većina nudi protiv Ustavno rješenje imenovanja vijeća Mjesnih zajednica, jer je u Gradu Tuzla, ovakvo rješenje vezano za izbor mjesnih zajednica, Ustavni sud ocijenio neustavnim. Grad Tuzla je morao donijeti novi Statut sa načinom izbora vijeća mjesnih zajednica kakav u Gradačcu egzistira već nekoliko godina.
Redovna sjednica će se održati u utorak 02.11.2021. godine s početkom u 9.00 sati u Sali za sjednice Sportske dvorane u Gradačcu.
