Za neke nema zime: Ko je ‘hadžija’ koji voza najskuplji automobil u BiH, plaćen pola miliona maraka
Za deset najskupljih automobila koji su od početka godine uvezeni u BiH, građani su iskeširali cijelih 3,1 miliona KM.
Najskuplja limuzina sa uvoznim dadžbinama koštala je 450.000 KM, a riječ je o „Ferariju 488 Spider F 142“. Na drugom mjestu je „Tesla motors S 002“, koji je plaćen 362.000, dok se na trećoj poziciji najskupljih uvezenih automobila našao „Mercedes-Maybach S 500, 4Matic“ koji je koštao nešto više od 330.000 KM.
Prema podacima Uprave za indirektno oporezivanje (UIO), za deset mjeseci ove godine u BiH je uvezen 58.531 automobil, ukupne vrijednosti 857 miliona KM.
U ovom periodu je, od ukupnog broja, uvezen je 9.231 novi i 49.300 polovnih automobila. Unazad nepunu deceniju, vrijednost uvezenih automobila konstantno je u porastu. Tako je, na primjer, tokom 2010. uvezeno automobila vrijednosti 462,5 miliona, 2013. skoro 578 miliona, a lane 921,5 miliona KM.
Dok je broj uvezenih novih automobila u padu, iz godine u godinu uvozimo sve više polovnjaka, čiji je broj prošle godine, u odnosu na 2010, skočio za dva i po puta.
U udruženjima potrošača ističu da ovi podaci potvrđuju da većina građana sebi može da priušti samo polovne automobile. Dodaju da ne treba zanemariti ni činjenicu da i u BiH ima ljudi koji mogu da izdvoje i po pola miliona za jedan automobil, što je još jedan dokaz velike socijalne raslojenosti društva.
– Činjenica je da auta nisu luksuz, odnosno da mnogi ljudi, htjeli ili ne, jednostavno moraju da ih imaju. Međutim, podaci da je samo deset luksuznih vozila plaćeno više od tri miliona KM, potvrđuje da, uprkos krizi, za neke ljude nema zime. S druge strane, porast uvoza polovnih vozila potvrđuje da je malo oni koji za automobile mogu da izdvoje neke veće pare. Prodaju staro, nešto doplate i uvezu nešto bolje vozilo – ističu iz ovih udruženja.
Ratko Kovačević, portparol Uprave za indirektno oporezivanje, kaže da su najčešće zemlje porijekla vozila istovremeno zemlje koje ih proizvode.
– To su Njemačka, Francuska, Češka, Velika Britanija, Japan. Što se tiče marki, prema uvidu u bazu može se zaključiti da su to WV, “Audi”, BMW, “škoda”, “peugeot”, “hyundai” – ističe Kovačević.
Prema podacima Centra za motorna vozila „EIB Internacional“, na drumovima Srpske najdominantnija su „Volswagenova“ vozila. Od oko 385.000 registrovanih vozila, skoro 40 odsto, odnosno oko 123.000 su automobili ove robne marke.
Prosječna starost putničkih vozila u Republici Srpskoj je 17,3 godine, dok su kamioni stari u prosjeku 20, a autobusi oko 15 godina.
Zanimljivo je da je unazad desetak godina drastično smanjen iznos kredita za kupovinu automobile. Tako su, prema podacima Centralne banke, građani BiH 2007. za kupovinu automobile podigli 57,5 miliona, a lane 10,3 milion KM.

Volkswagen „dizelaš“ star 17 godina, kupljen na kredit i pregledan jednom godišnje, pred registraciju – tako izgleda „foto – robot“ prosječnog automobila u RS. Kako tvrde trgovci automobilima, bijela i sve nijanse sive su najtraženije boje putničkih vozila, a novost koja ukazuje na razbijanje stereotipa, kad su u pitanju pouzdani i poželjni automobili, jeste prodor „francuza“ – „Peugeota“, „Citroena“ i „Renaulta“.
– Oni ozbiljno ugrožavaju dominaciju “Volkswagena”, jer su „francuzi“ iste klase danas jeftiniji, a njihovo održavanje više nije problem, kao nekad – poručuju iz autokuća u RS.
