Za novi nasad šljiva od 5 dunuma vlasnik dobiva oko 15.000 KM

Europska unija putem njemačkog GIZ-a, u implementaciji Nezavisnog biroa za razvoj Gradačac – Modriča, pokrenula projekt “Inovacije u lancu vrijednosti suhe šljive” u Gračanici i Brčkom.

Područje sjeverne Bosne, posebno u općinama Srebrenik, Brčko, Modriča, Gradačac, Gračanica, Ugljevik i Doboj, oduvijek je bilo poznato po šljivi. Nekada je to bila “mađarica”, a u novije vrijeme to su sorte “stenlejka”, “čačanka” i “rodna”. U tom kraju još uvijek, kud god da se okreneš, naići ćeš na šljivike, pa šljivu s pravom zovu “plavo zlato”, piše avaz.

Nemamo sušara, a na zapadu suha šljiva lijek

Kada šljiva rodi i zaplavi se na rodnim krošnjama, vlasnici zadovoljno trljaju ruke, ali ih ubrzo, zbog nepripremljenosti i nespremnosti države da voćarima osigura otkup i pristojne cijene te hladnjače, snađu problemi. Tako je bilo i 2013. godine, kada je zabilježen do tada najbolji prinos šljive, koja je išla u bescjenje.

 

Danas se male količine izvoze kao stolna šljiva, a samo pet posto šljive se osuši. Nema sušara, suha šljiva nije postala bh. brend. A zna se da je na zapadu suha šljiva proglašena lijekom i da cijena kilograma na našim pijacama nikad nije bila manja od 4 marke.

Zbog toga je EU putem njemačkog GIZ-a, u implementaciji Nezavisnog biroa za razvoj (NBR) Gradačac – Modriča, pokrenula projekt “Inovacije u lancu vrijednosti suhe šljive” u Gračanici i Brčkom.

Riječ je u ulaganju u podizanje pet edukativnih najsavremenijih voćnjaka šljive po pet dunuma i sanaciji 7 starih voćnjaka, također po pet dunuma. U projekt su uključene Zemljoradnička zadruga “Gračanka” i Poljoprivredni zavod Tuzla. Za novi nasad od 5 dunuma vlasnik dobiva oko 15.000 KM.

Potrebno navodnjavanje voćnjaka

Suha šljiva je tipični proizvod sjeveroistočne Bosne, dobra i kao lijek i uopće za ishranu zdravo voće. Ali da bi postala bh. brend, moramo mijenjati navike, od adekvatne proizvodnje, berbe i transporta sirove šljive za sušenje. 

Kvalitetna suha šljiva može se dobiti samo od kvalitetne sirove šljive posebnom tehnikom sušenja i pakovanja. Uspjeh zavisi i od prezentacije. Da bi podigli savremene nasade šljive, uvjet je navodnjavanje kap po kap“, rekao je inžinjer Nermin Ramić iz Poljoprivrednog zavoda Tuzla na skupu zainteresiranih voćara u Gračanici.

Nekada je svaka druga kuća imala sušaru

Poznati voćar u ovom kraju Muhamed Sinanović iz sela Gornja Orahovica, koji godišnje proizvede više od 100 tona raznog voća, ponajviše šljive, ističe da sredstva EU svakako treba koristiti kako bi se poboljšala sirovinska baza suhe šljive. Sjeća se da je nekada svaka druga kuća u selu imala mini sušaru i da s prodajom suhe šljive nikada nije bilo problema.

Direktor Opće poljoprivredne zadruge u povratničkom naselju Tarevci kod Modriče Nahdet Sulejman već je pokazao da je sušenje i plasiranje šljive na inozemno tržište unosan posao. Da bi udovoljili zahtjevima EU, u ovoj zadruzi je ovih dana nabavljena savremena sušara koja u 24 sata može osušiti pet tona sirove šljive potrebne holandskom tržištu.
