Žandarmerija RS-a se s oklopnim vozilima “despot” osposobljava za vojno djelovanje
Vrlo neprimjetno je u javnosti prošla informacija da su MUP Republike Srpske i MUP Republike Srbije 1. oktobra izveli zajedničku vježbu na poligonu u Orešcu u Srbiji gdje su demonstrirane vještine upravljanja i upotrebe borbenih oklopnih vozila sa daljinski upravljanim borbenim stanicama (DUBS). To je još jedan korak ka osposobljavanju Žandarmerije MUP-a RS-a za djelovanja izvan policijskog domena – upozorava vojni analitičar Nedžad Ahatović.
Upravo je u povodu te zajedničke vježbe, napominje Ahatović, ministar MUP-a Srbije Aleksandar Vulin izjavio da je za Srbiju “bezbednost” Republike Srpske važna koliko i “bezbednost “Srbije.
Šta su borbena oklopna vozila “despot”?
– Tehnički remont iz Bratunca (TRB), u kojem se rade borbena oklopna vozila “despot”, dostavio je Ministarstvu vanjske trgovine i ekonomskih odnosa BiH potrebnu dokumentaciju u kojoj se traži dozvola za uvoz ukupno pet daljinski upravljanih borbenih stanica (DUBS) u kalibrima 7,62 i 12,7 milimetara za naoružavanje “despota” koje koristi Specijalna antiteroristička jedinica (SAJ) MUP- RS-a.
Borbeno oklopno vozilo “despot” je proizvod TRB-a u vlasništvu kompanije ELW Global, iz Južne Afrike koja je od 2013. godine većinski vlasnik TRB-a Bratunac. BOV “despot” definira se kao višenamjensko specijalizirano vozilo od 14 tona sa pogonom 4×4, koje je moguće koristiti u policijske, ali i vojne svrhe. Osim za transport, “despot”, uz adekvantu opremu, može da bude i patrolno, komandno i izviđačko vozilo, da služi za podršku specijalnim i antiterorističkim jedinicama, ali i da se koristi u mirovnim operacijama. Nivo oklopne zaštite vozila je na standardu STANAG 4569 nivo 2, što vozilo svrstava u policijska vozila, no upravljiva borbena stanica sa odgovarajućim oružjem povećava borbenu vrijednost vozila – pojašnjava Ahatović za Faktor.
Izrada “despota” inicirana je u oktobru 2017. godine, a razvoj je počeo godinu kasnije. Prvi prototip predstavljen je u Banjoj Luci 9. januara 2019. godine, na paradi povodom obilježavanja neustavnog dana Republike Srpske. Do danas naručeno je i isporučeno osam serijskih vozila za koje je plaćeno 11,94 miliona KM. Sva vozila se nalaze u Trening-centru MUP-a RS-a u Zalužanima kod Banje Luke.
Ministar unutrašnjih poslova RS-a Dragan Lukač, prilikom isporuke “despota”, kazao je kako su “ova oklopna vozila nabavljena s ciljem zaštite pripadnika policije i da nemaju nikakve veze sa bilo kakvim borbenim ili ratnim dejstvima, niti naoružavanjem policije RS-a”.
Tim vozilima će se, kazao je, intervenisati u skladu sa zakonom, po pitanju borbe protiv terorizma, organizovanih kriminalnih grupa, ali i kao pomoć stanovništvu u slučaju elementarnih nepogoda, poplava, požara…
