Žarko Vujović: Ove izmjene nisu u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti stanovništva od zaraznih bolesti FBiH
Žarko Vujović iz Socijaldemokrata (SD) BiH kaže da ove izmjene nisu u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti stanovništva od zaraznih bolesti FBiH.
– Po Zakonu o zaštiti od zaraznih bolesti ovlasti da kažnjavaju za kršenje zdravstvenih mjere imaju sanitarni inspektori. Pošto sanitarnih inspektora nema dovoljno, ovlasti da kažnjavaju na ovaj način se prenose na policiju, koja se, po mom mišljanju, na ovaj način ponižava – rekao je Vujović.
Skupština Tuzlanskog kantona usvojila je danas izmjene Zakona o javnom redu i miru TK, kojima se predviđaju novčane kazne za kršenje higijensko-epidemioloških mjera koje propiše Krizni štab, a potvrdi Vlada.
Za usvajanje izmjena glasalo je 19 zastupnika pozicije koju čine SDP, PDA, Naša stranka i SBB.
