Farsa oko NFS Gradačac se nastavlja

Nakon višemjesečnih peripetija oko NS Grada Gradačac i formiranja parelelnih saveza u našu redakciju stiglo je rješenje od Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave TK kojim je odobren upis promjena u Nogometni savez Gradačca.

Rješenje je u registar udruženja građana upisano 26.04.2021. godine.

Tako je za predsjednika Upravnog odbora imenovan Dervišević Midhat a za dopredsjednika Mujanović Osman.

Obrazloženjem je utvrđeno da su ispunjeni svi uslovi za upis promjena u Registar udruženja propisani Zakonom o udruženjima i fondacijama i pravilnikom o načinu vođenja registra udruženja i fondacija stranih i međunarodnih nevladinih organizacija, te je odlučeno kao u dispozitivu rješenja.
