Završena maratonska sjednica Parlamenta BiH: Usvojene akcize

Na 54. sjednici Zastupničkog doma Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine (PSBiH) usvojen je, o hitnom postupku, Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona akcizama u BiH. Za usvajanje seta zakona o akcizama su glasala 22 zastupnika, a njih 20 je glasalo protiv.

Usvojen je zaključak u kojem stoji da će se sredstva koja budu osigurana usvajanjem Zakona o akcizama koristiti za istovremenu i ravnomjernu izgradnju puteva od juga do sjevera, kao i od istoka do zapada zemlje.

U usvojenom zaključku dalje se navodi da posebnu odgovornost za provođenje ovog zaključka imaju Vijeće ministara BiH i PSBiH.

Po hitnom postupku usvojeni su i Zakon o izmjenama i dopuni Zakona o uplatama na Jedinstveni račun i raspodjeli prihoda i Zakon o sustavu neizravnog oporezivanja u BiH, čiji je predlagatelj Dom naroda PSBiH.

Dom je, zbog nenazočnosti ovlaštenog predlagatelja, za nastavak sjednice odgodio raspravu o zahtjevu Doma naroda za razmatranje Prijedloga zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Izbornog zakona Bosne i Hercegovine po hitnom postupku.
Nastavak 54. sjednice Zastupničkog dom PSBiH zakazan je za petak, 15. prosinca, u 10.00 sati.
