Nogometna reprezentacija Bosne i Hercegovine večeras je na stadionu Grbavica u polufinalu baraža za plasman na Evropsko prvenstvo dočekala reprezentaciju Sjeverne Irske. Nakon 120 minuta igre bilo je 1:1, a Sjeverna Irska slavila je nakon jedanaesteraca rezultatom 4:3.

“Razočarenje jeste. Teško je. Igračima i nama i naciji. Dali smo sve od sebe u ovom trenutku. Imali smo prilike, bilo je šansi s obje strane. Moglo je biti više golova generalno. Igrale su i druge strvari kod ovakve utakmice, recimo skupljanja igrača. Sada se vidi da neki igrači koji nisu prošli pripreme nisu mogli da izdrže utakmicu do kraja, Međutim, opet su skupili snage pa su odigrali koliko su mogli. Nastavljamo dalje, imamo druge dvije utakmice koje ćemo pokušati da odigramo što bolje. Moramo ove igrače odmoriti, drugi će dobiti šansu pa ćemo vidjeti. Zaista je teško ovo palo svima, igračima moram čestitati. Moramo zaboraviti ovo i krenuti dalje”, rekao je Bajević za Novu BH nakon utakmice.
