Zmajevi se nisu proslavili bez povrijeđenog Edina Džeke
Edin Džeko, kapiten fudbalske A reprezentacije Bosne i Hercegovine, došao je povrijeđen na pripreme pred odlučujuće utakmice kvalifikacija za SP 2022.
Još je neizvjesno da li će Dijamant biti spreman za subotnji meč sa Fincima i utakmicu protiv Ukrajine, koja je na rasporedu tri dana kasnije.
Napadač Intera ima oštećenje mišića zadnje lože natkoljenice i uključen je program fizikalne terapije.
Ono što ne ide u prilog našem stručnom štabu je činjenica da se nismo proslavili u utakmicama bez Džeke.
Za reprezentaciju BiH je odigrao 121 utakmicu, od čega je 110 puta bio starter, osam puta je ušao s klupe, a tri meča odgledao je s klupe za rezervne igrače.
Zbog povreda je propustio devet susreta, ali treba naglasiti da na Kirin kup u Japan svakako ne bi putovao ni da nije bio povrijeđen.
Stoga, računajući sedam utakmica na kojim ga je povreda spriječila da nastupi, naš tim ima omjer od jedne pobjede i šest poraza.
Zanimljivo, slavili smo samo protiv Finaca, 12. oktobra 2019. godine na Bilinom polju, dok smo redom gubili od Bugarske (prijateljski meč – 1:2), Izraela (kvalifikacije – 0:3), Grčke (kvalifiakcije – 1:2), Irana (prijateljski – 0:2), Nizozemske (Liga nacija – 1:3) i Italije (Liga nacija – 0:2).
Ipak, nadamo se da će se Džeko oporaviti do subote jer njegovo iskustvo itekako će nam mnogo značiti u duelu sa Fincima.
