Zoran Tegeltija pokrenuo postupak smjene ministra Sifeta Podžića
Predsjedavajući Savjeta ministara Bosne i Hercegovine Zoran Tegeltija donio je danas Odluku o smjeni ministra odbrane BiH Sifeta Podžića.
Predsjedavajući Savjeta ministara, koji je odgovoran za usklađivanje ustavnih odnosa Savjeta ministara sa radom Predsjedništva BiH, Parlamentarne skupštine BiH, entitetima i Brčko Distriktom, kao i za usklađivanje rada Savjeta ministara, Odluku o smjeni ministra odbrane u Savjetu ministara Sifeta Podžića donio je nakon što je ministar Podžić prekršio Zakon o odbrani BiH u načinu rada i odlučivanja i jednostranim potezima narušio vladavinu prava i unutrašnje povjerenje, te diplomatske odnose i inostranu saradnju.
Predsjedavajući Savjeta ministara Zoran Tegeltija Odluku o smjeni ministra odbrane u Savjetu ministara Sifeta Podžića uputio je Parlamentarnoj skupštini BiH.
