Žrijeb grupne faze UEFA Lige prvaka u sezoni 2019/2020. godine održat će se danas u Monte Carlu (Monako) s početkom u 18 sati.
U žrijebu će se naći i dva klupa iz regiona Zapadnog Balkana, Dinamo Zagreb (Hrvatska) i Crvena zvezda (Srbija). Dinamo će biti u trećem jakosnom šeširu, dok je tim iz Beograda u najlošijem, četvrtom, javlja Anadolu Agency (AA).
U prvom šeširu prilikom žrijeba naći će se Liverpool (aktuelni osvajač Lige prvaka), Chelsea (pobjednik Evropa lige u prošloj sezoni), te Barcelona (Španija), Manchester City (Engleska), Juventus (Italija), Bayern (Njemačka), PSG (Francuska) i Zenit (Rusija).
Na osnovu klupskog koeficijenta bodova u UEFA takmičenjima u drugi su uvršteni Real Madrid (Španija), Atletico Madrid (Španija), Borussia Dortmund (Njemačka), Napoli (Italija), Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukrajina), Tottenham (Engleska), Ajax (Holandija) i Benfica (Portugal), dok su u trećem Lyon (Francuska), Bayer Leverkusen (Njemačka), Salzburg (Austrija), Olympiacos (Grčka), Club Brugge (Belgija), Valencia (Španija), Inter (Italija) i Dinamo Zagreb (Hrvatska).
U četvrtoj jakosnoj grupi bit će Lokomotiv Moskva (Rusija), Genk (Belgija), Galatasaray (Turska), RB Leipzig (Njemačka), Slavija Prag (Češka Republika), Crvena zvezda (Srbija), Atalanta (Italija) i Lille (Francuska).
Utakmice prvog kola UEFA Lige prvaka igrat će se 17. i 18. septembra.
Finale Lige prvaka biće odigrano 30. maja 2020. godine na stadionu Ataturk u Istanbulu.
