Statutarne odluke o organizaciji Grada Gradačac u skladu sa Zakonom o Gradu Gradačac („Službeni glasnik Grada Gradačac“, broj 1/19) i Zaključka Kolegija Gradskog vijeća od 07.10.2019. godine

3. sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačac, za dan 15.10.2019. godine (utorak) u sali za sjednice„Gradačačkog sajma“ u Gradačcu, sa početkom rada u 9:00 sati
Kolegij Gradskog vijeća za sjednicu predlaže sljedeći
D N E V N I R E D:
- Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama i dopunama Budžeta Grada Gradačac za 2019. godinu.
- Nacrt budžeta Grada Gradačac za 2020. godinu.
- Prijedlog odluke o dodjeli priznanja Grada Gradačac za 2019. godinu.
- Prijedlog odluke o uspostavi prava građenja na nekretninama u vlasništvu Grada Gradačac (u korist JU OŠ “Hasan Kikić” za izgradnju fiskulturne sale).
- Prijedlog odluke o prodaji nekretnina (Target d.o.o.).
- Prijedlog odluke o prodaji i zamjeni nekretnina (TMD Automotiv).
- Prijedlog odluke o odvodnji otpadnji otpadnih voda i priključenju na kanalizacioni sistem.
- Prijedlog rješenja o davanju saglasnosti na postignuti sporazum o naknadi (Ahmetašević Hata).
- Prijedlog rješenja o davanju saglasnosti na postignuti sporazum o naknadi i ustanovljenju prava služnosti (Ahmetašević Mirsad).

- Prijedlog odluke o objavljivanju javnog oglasa za imenovanje predsjednika UO JU Javna biblioteka „Alija Isaković“ Gradačac, sa tekstom javnog oglasa.
- Prijedlog rješenja o nominovanju četiri člana Nadzornog odbora privrednog društva sa učešćem državnog kapitala JP “Komunalac” d.d. Gradačac, ispred osnivača.
- Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju Nadzornog odbora JP “Parkinzi” d.o.o. Gradačac.
- Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju predsjednika Upravnog odbora JU Centar za socijalni rad Gradačac.
- Prijedlog rješenja o imenovanju člana UO JU Apoteka Gradačac ispred Ministarstva zdravstva najduže do 90 dana od dana imenovanja.
