Gradačačka pijaca, kakva je budućnost čeka?
Nakon dva katastrofalna požara koja su zahvatila Gradačački pijacu, prvi koji je zahvatio preko 500 objekata i drugi koji je uništio 80 posto pijace i to u vremenu kada su radnje bile uglavnom pune robe spremne za novu sezonu, ovih dana smo svjedoci raznih priča o samoj budućnosti “male tvornice” kako je još zovu zbog velikog broja ljudi koji u njoj rade i prehranjuju svoje porodice.
Formiranjem UDRUŽENJA PRODAVACA i na njihovu inicijativu sam prostor pijace je ograđen bodljikavom žicom, angažirana je zaštitarska agencija, ograničen ulazak u pijacu, sve radi poboljšanja sigurnosti. Što je pozitivno.
Ono što brine prodavače i vlasnike objekata su najavljene promjene vlasništva firme D.o.o. “Nova pijaca” koja upravlja pijacom i kojoj ugovor sa Gradskom upravom Gradačca ističe krajem ove godine.
Ko su novi vlasnici, hoće li se situacija na pijaci koja je na izdisaju popraviti, hoće li ovo biti novi početak ili kraj pijace pred nama je..
Na kraju ključna ostaju pitanja hoće li grad Gradačac produžiti ugovor novim vlasnicima na naredni period i zašto bi uopšte neko preuzeo firmu kojoj ugovor ističe osim ako nema garancije da će ugovor dobiti i za narednih pet godina?
Pitanja je puno, odgovora malo.. Izborna je godina.. Tema koja će vjerovatno tek postati aktuelna.
