Ovako to radi Njemačka: Pomoć već teče firmama
U Njemačkoj je počela isplata brze pomoći za male poslodavce i samostalne preduzetnike čiji su poslovi propali u jeku pandemije korona virusa.
Poslovično pedantna njemačka birokratija, posebno temeljna i troma kad se radi o parama, sada je sahranjena preko noći, prenosi „Deutsche Welle“ i dodaje da su ministri finansija i privrede, Olaf Šolc i Peter Altmajer, najavili da sve mora da ide “brzo” i “nebirokratski”.
Pedeset milijardi eura iz državnog budžeta već teku prema samostalnim preduzetnicima i malim poslodavcima kako bi se koliko-toliko premostile nuspojave pandemije koronavirusa.
Od ponedeljka praktično sve njemačke pokrajine primaju zahtjeve, a uglavnom su na državni novac dodali i svoja sredstva kako bi poboljšali ponudu.
Osnova je jednokratna isplata do 9.000 eura za naredna tri mjeseca ako firma ima do pet zaposlenih, odnosno do 15.000 eura ko ima do 10 zaposlenih. Oni koji uzmu taj novac neće morati da vrate.
Ideja je da se pomognu oni koje bi kolaps ekonomije prve mogao da pokosi – mali restorani, kafići, frizerski saloni, taksisti, poljoprivrednici, slobodni umjetnici.
Svaka pokrajina ima donekle drugačija pravila, ali je neophodan uslov da je posao uništen zbog korona virusa, to jest mjera koje je država uvela u borbi protiv pandemije.
Tako će u najvećoj pokrajini Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji pomoć dobiti svi kojima su lokali zatvoreni odlukom države ili im je obrt pao za više od 50 posto zbog krize ili oni koji dokažu da trenutna situacija predstavlja prijetnju opstanku firme.
Sredstva nisu namijenjena za plate radnika već za tekuće troškove poslovanja poput kirija, održavanja ili lizinga za mašine ili vraćanja ranije uzetih kredita.
Za zaposlene je olakšano dobijanje takozvanog “novca za skraćeni rad”, do koga se može kada, zbog posljedica krize, više od 10 posto zaposlenih ima smanjeni obim rada. Tada država preuzima najviše dvije trećine zarade na sebe, a poslodavci ne moraju plaćati poreske dažbine u punom iznosu.
Osim toga, za veće firme su predviđeni praktično neograničeni krediti preko državnog Kreditnog instituta za obnovu za koje država garantuje sa 600 milijardi eura. Vlada je obećala da će važne kompanije poput Lufthanze spasiti od bankrota makar ih nacionalizovala ne bi li ih onda, kad kriza prođe, ponovo privatizovala.
