Dva miliona eura za projekat vodosnabdijevanja Gradačca
Vlada FBiH danas je dala saglasnost za prihvatanje granta Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj za Projekt vodosnabdijevanja Gradačca. Ovom odlukom Federacija BiH prihvata grant namijenjen za finansiranje ovog projekta, po Ugovoru o grantu zaključenom između Bosne i Hercegovine i EBRD-a, koji se odnosi na investicijski grant iz Programa zajednički fond za zapadni Balkan – WBIF, u iznosu od 1.992.500 eura.
Sredstva će biti korištena za finansiranja rekonstrukcije postojećih azbestnih cijevi i poboljšanje sistema vodosnabdijevanja, nedovoljnog kapaciteta i trošne mreže u središnjem gradskom području Gradačca.
Vlada FBiH potvrđuje da je dokumentacija prihvatljiva za Federaciju, a posebno Nacrt ugovora o grantu. Za realizaciju ove odluke i izvještavanje zaduženi su Federalno ministarstvo finansija i grad Gradačac, svako u okviru svoje nadležnosti.
Provedba Ugovora o grantu ne zahtijeva donošenje novih ili izmjenu postojećih zakona, a u periodu njegove provedbe u budžetu Federacije BiH nije potrebno osigurati sredstva za dodatno sufinansiranje.
Data je saglasnost za zaključivanje Supsidijarnog sporazuma između BiH i Federacije BiH i Podugovora o grantu između FBiH i grada Gradačca za ova sredstva, a za njihovo potpisivanje je ovlašćena federalna ministrica finansija.
