Firma iz Sarajeva ponudila preko 1 milion maraka mjesečno za “Gradačačku pijacu”
Predmet javnog oglasa danas je bilo izdavanje u zakup zemljišta radi organizovanja tržnice/pijace u k.o. Porebrice, putem licitacije.
Kako saznajemo, zemljište je izlicitirala sarajevska firma Doo “Tiha Luka”, čiji je osnovni kapital 1000 KM i koja je osnovana prije dva mjeseca, u iznosu od 1.050.437.00 KM na mjesečnom nivou bez uračunatog PDV-a, što je čak 12 605 244.00 godišnje. Osnivač firme je Igor Kamočaji, bivši SDP-ovac i trenutno Socijaldemokrata BiH. Bivši je kandidat za načelnika Općine Centar iz 2016. godine, te bivši direktor Službe za zapošljavanje Kantona Sarajevo.
Zakupac je obavezan pribaviti bankarsku garanciju zakupnine u iznosu godišnje zakupnine, naplative u cijelom periodu zakupodavnog odnosa uz ugovorenu klauzulu “bez prigovora” ili “na prvi poziv” ili da izvrši uplatu zakupnine godinu dana unaprijed, a ugovor o zakupu će se smatrati raskinutim ukoliko zakupac uzastopno ne plati dvije mjesečne zakupnine.
S obzirom na visinu cifre koja je ponuđena vrlo je vjerovatno da pomenuta firma neće biti u stanju ispuniti uslove licitacije.
Dosadašnja mjesečna zakupnina je iznosila 25 000 KM a nova bi bila preko 1 milion maraka. Ukoliko firma ne ispuni uslove pitanje je šta će biti sa pijacom.
Trenutnom zakupcu firmi Doo “Nova pijaca” ugovor ističe 15. marta, to jest za tri dana, pa je nejasno ko će “Gradačačkom pijacom” upravljati nakon ovog datuma.
Kako nezvanično saznajemo privremeno rješenje bi se moglo naći u JP “Parkinzi” ili JKP “Komunalac”. Šta će odlučiti “gradska vlast” i gradonačelnik Edis Dervišagić znati će se ubrzo.
