Besim Šerbečić: Bendtner je sjajan momak, a Rosenborg zdrava sredina
Uspon u svojoj mladoj karijeri Besim Šerbečić duguje najviše sebi i svom marljivom radu, a u razgovoru za Sportsport.ba dotakao se raznih tema poput odnosa sa njegovim saigračem, kontraverznim Dancem Nicklasom Bendtnerom kao i o uslovima koje ima na raspolaganju u svom novom klubu.
Kada sa 19 godina sa blatnjavih terena BH Telecom Premijer lige napravite transfer u najtrofejniji norveški klub, onda se do vas očekuje da nastavite ići uzlaznom putanjom i da opravdate epitet talentovanog igrača.
Obično se neke ‘nadolazeće zvijezdice’ iz domaće lige skrase u ligama poput Azerbejdžana, Kazahstana, Rumunije ili u najboljem slučaju Turske i ekspresno budu vraćene tamo odakle su i stigle, jer za bolje nisu. Međutim, malo ko napravi transfer direktno iz naše lige u ekipu koja je ove sezone igrala u grupnoj fazi Lige Evrope.
Besimu Šerbečiću je upravo to pošlo za nogom. On je u januaru prošle godine iz bijeljinskog Radnika stigao u redove Rosenborga sa kojim je ove godine osvojio duplu krunu u nacionalnom prvenstvu. Besim nam na početku intervjua otkriva kako je uopšte došlo do njegovog transfera u Rosenborg.
Velika je stvar napraviti tako dobar transfer iz BH Telecom Premijer lige u ekipu koja je do prije par sezona igrala u Ligi prvaka, a ove u grupi Lige Evrope. Kako je uopšte došlo do tvog transfera u Rosenborg?
“Nema sumnje da je to velika stvar, kako za mene tako i za Radnik, ali i cjelokupan fudbal u Bosni i Hercegovini. Skauti Rosenborga su me pratili duži vremenski period, ambicije su nam se poklopile i na obostrano zadovoljstvo obukao sam ovaj dres.”
Uskoro će se navršiti godina dana od kada se iz redova Radnika stigao u Rosenborg. Sumiraj nam proteklu godinu u ovom klubu, koliko si zadovoljan svojim igrama?
“Prvom godinom u klubu sam jako zadovoljan, osvojili smo tri trofeja u domaćem prvenstvu i igrali u Evropa ligi. Svojim igrama sam također jako zadovoljan, ali iskreno se nadam nešto većoj minutaži.”
Kakva iskustva nosiš iz tvog prethodnog kluba FK Radnik?
“U FK Radnik sam stekao velika prijateljstva i doživio lijepe uspomene. Klub je dobro organizovan uzimajući u obzir uslove u našoj zemlji, a stručnom štabu sam zahvalan jer mi je pružio dosta prostora za igru, odnosno da pokažem koliko mogu i znam.”
Ljetos je tvoja ekipa eliminisana od Celtica u kvalifikacijama za Ligu prvaka. Da li su u klubu zadovoljni na kraju plasmanom u Ligu Evrope i mislite li da ste mogli bolje proci u grupi?
“Sigurno je da su zadovoljni. Mislim da ni Liga Evrope nije mala stvar. Prema mom mišljenju mogli smo i bolje proći u grupi, ali šta je tu je, pred nama su novi izazovi i okrećemo se njima.”
Reci nam nešto više o Rosenborgu, kako je sam klub organizovan?
“Moram reći da klub funkcioniše na jednom visokom nivou. Svi u klubu su jako profesionalni i tačno se zna ko šta radi. Klub kao klub je zdrava sredina za svakog mladog igrača, pa tako i za mene.”
Afirmitet si stekao prvo u gradačačkoj Zvijezdi, a potom u Radniku. Napravi nam neko tvoje poređenje naše i norveške lige?
“U Norveškoj su tereni besprijekorni, a samim tim brže se može igrati. Ima dosta duela i igra se napadački fudbal. Mislim da je infrastruktura definitivno najveći problem u bosanskohercegovačkom fudbalu i da bi se na tome trebalo poraditi.”
Imaš tu čast da svlačionicu dijeliš sa bivšim napadačem Arsenala i Juventusa Nicolasom Bentnerom, šta nam možeš reći o njemu i u kakvom ste odnosu?
“Prije svega moram reći da je Bendtner jedna jako pozitivna osoba. Stvarno je dobar momak i sjajan fudbaler. Sa njim kao i sa ostalim saigračima imam sjajan odnos kako na terenu tako i van terena. Zaista, sve pohvale za njega.”
Relativno si mlad igrač, kakva je konkurencija u stoperskoj liniji tvoje ekipe i očekuješ li možda naredne sezone možda nešto veću minutažu kod trenera Coolena?
“Moram vam biti iskren i reći da je konkurencija zaista žestoka. Baš na mojoj poziciji igraju dva domaća igrača, reprezentativci Norveške Even Hovland i Tore Reginiusen. Meni ne preostaje ništa drugo nego da nastavim sa naporno trenirati, a to bi trener trebao prepoznati i dati mi više prostora za igru.”
Imaš li neke uzore u fudbalu danas, gdje bi volio da zaigraš u bliskoj budućnosti?
“Nemam neke specijalne uzore, osim što volim stil kojim igraju Pique, Ramos i Varane. Moj je san kao i svakom mladom igraču da jednog dana zaigram u nekom klubu iz Liga petice, ali i u Ligi prvaka.”
Kako gledaš na protekli kvalifikacioni ciklus U21 selekcije BiH, gdje si u ekipi Vinka Marinovića bio jedan od nosilaca naše odbrane. Je li ostala žal zbog neplasmana na EURO i pored sjajnih rezultata?
“Nakon dugo vremena U21 reprezentacija BiH je odigrala jedan dobar ciklus. Dokazali smo da smo talentovana generacija, a svakako da je ostao žal što na kraju nismo uspjeli da se plasiramo na EURO, ali šta je tu je idemo dalje.”
Očekuješ li možda u skorijoj budućnosti poziv i od Roberta Prosinečkog u A reprezentaciju naše zemlje?
“Prije svega moram se dodatno ustaliti u svom klubu Rosenborgu, ali i u mladoj reprezentaciji. Poslije ćemo vidjeti, zašto da ne i dres A reprezentacije Bosne i Hercegovine jednog dana”, poručuje mladi momak iz Gradačca kojem u nastavku karijere želimo puno sreće u njegovim zamislima da zaigra u dresu reprezentacije BiH, ali i u nekoj velikoj ekipi u najelitnijem klupskom takmičenju u Evropi.
