Budžet FBiH taoc SDA i HDZ-a
Prilikom donošenja ove odluke Vlada i premijer Novalić bili su svjesni posljedica koje će takva odluka proizvesti te su time i najodgovorniji za ono što može uslijediti – dodatno ugrožavanje najugroženijih s katastrofalnim posljedicama.
Na najavu da bi od prvog februara mogle stati isplate penzija i svega ostalog iz Budžeta FBiH zbog nezasjedanja Doma naroda, oglasio se BH blok.
Na posljednjoj sjednici Predstavničkog doma Parlamenta FBiH BH blok je zauzeo čvrst stav da se budžet FBiH u ovoj situaciji ne treba i ne smije usvajati u hitnoj proceduri upravo očekujući blokadu isplata zbog nezasjedanja Doma naroda. Iz tog razloga smo predlagali zaključak Vladi FBiH o privremenom finansiranju koje bi omogućilo nesmetane isplate penzija, ali i davanja za najugroženije kategorije stanovništva. Zbog brzopletosti Vlade i insistiranja na vlastitim interesima unutar budžeta, kao što je, između ostalog, i povišica plata izabranim službenicama, sada smo u situaciji da je vršenje isplata neizvjesno.
Kao što smo naglasili, za usvajanje budžeta nepohodno je sastajanje zajedničkih tijela oba doma koja još uvijek nisu ni imenovana. Sada smo u situaciji da SDA i HDZ drže građane FBiH taocima bez naznake kako da su ovu krizu sposobni riješiti u narednih pet dana.

Trenutna situacija pokazuje da je potez BH bloka da predloži izbor predsjedavajućeg Predstavničkog doma Parlamenta FBiHbio ispravan i državotvoran. Da smo ostavili Predstavnički dom bez rukovodstva danas bi i on bio u blokadi i taoc HDZ-a i SDA jednako kao što je to Dom naroda, saopšteno je iz BH bloka.
