Nastavlja se štrajk ljekara u TK, ministarstvo zdravstva spremno za pregovore
Kao što je poznato, odlukom nadležnog suda Strukovni sindikat doktora medicine i stomatologije nije reprezentivan na nivou TK, zbog čega ne može voditi kolektivno pregovaranje.
Pravni zastupnik sindikata žalio se na ovakvu odluku, a štrajk u TK članovi sindikata su ipak mogli organizirati, s obzirom na činjenicu da isti ima reprezentativnosti na federalnom nivou.
Ministar Hadžiefendić inicirao sastanke
Kantonalni minstar zdravstva Bahrudin Hadžiefendić već je održao dva sastanka s predstavnicima Strukovnog sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije TK, čime su napravljeni određeni pomaci.
“Štrajk se nastavlja istim intenzitetom kao i prošle sedmice. Uspostavljena je komunikacija s ministrom Hadžiefendićem u cilju iznalaženja adekvatnog rješenja na obostrano zadovoljstvo. Pregovori su u toku i mi očekujemo razumijevanje i Vlade TK na čelu s premijerom, kako bismo razriješili cijelu ovu situaciju”, rekao je za Klix.ba Admir Suljić, predsjednik Štrajkačkog odbora u TK i potpredsjednik Strukovnog sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije Federacije BiH.
Članovi ovog sindikata resornom ministarstvu su uputili dva prijedloga, a to je rješavanje problema reprezentativnosti na nivou kantona, kao i saglasnost Vlade TK za potpisivanje kolektivnog ugovora na federalnom nivou.
“Nakon uspostave dijaloga idemo ka rješavanju problema. U potpunosti sam saslušao njihove prijedloge, a nakon potpisivanja kolektivnog ugovora na federalnom nivou isto se spušta na kantonalne nivoe. Sindikat je vidio da u nama može imati partnera i u tom pravcu se sada i krećemo”, kazao je za naš portal ministar zdravstva TK Bahrudin Hadžiefendić koji je bio inicijator održavanja spomenuta dva sastanka.
Na adresu resornog ministarstva jutros je, kako nam je potvrdio Hadžiefendić, stigao tekst prijedloga kolektivnog ugovora za kantonalni nivo.
“Nakon čitanja ćemo poduzimati aktivnosti u skladu s našim mogućnostima. Nadamo se da će se u međuvremenu riješiti problem reprezentativnosti sindikata na ovom kantonu i da ćemo onda u budućnosti moći pregovarati i voditi prave dijaloge”, istakao je Hadžiefendić.
On nam je potvrdio i da će u toku ove sedmice biti održano još nekoliko sastanaka s predstavnicima Strukovnog sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije TK. Generalni štrajk u TK organiziran je u svim zdravstvenim ustanovama, izuzev u Univerzitetsko-kliničkom centru (UKC) u Tuzli. To je odlučio Općinski sud u Tuzli, a po tužbi UKC-a prema Strukovnom sindikatu doktora medicine i stomatologije TK.
S obzirom na ovakvu odluku, uposlenici UKC-a koji su članovi Strukovnog sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije TK svakodnevno u vrijeme pauze organiziraju polusatne štrajkove u krugu ove zdravstvene ustanove.
Na odluku Općinskog suda u Tuzli pravni zastupnik sindikata već je uputio žalbu, na koju je, kako saznajemo, reagovao i menadžment tuzlanskog UKC-a.
Povećan broj članova sindikata
Suljić naglašava i da ovaj sindikat iz dana u dan ima sve više novih članova, a koji su uposlenici UKC-a u Tuzli.
“U protekloj sedmici smo dobili 30 novih članova u UKC-u, što je dobar pokazatelj vezano za naš sindikat”, dodao je on.
Prema podacima s web stranice tuzlanskog UKC-a, ova zdravstvena ustanova ima 455 uposlenih ljekara, od čega su 363 članovi Strukovnog sindikata doktora medicine i stomatologije TK.
Za vrijeme generalnog štrajka ljekari rade prema sporazumu o procesu rada i poslovima koji se ne smiju prekidati u ovakvoj situaciji.
“Nastojimo poštedjeti pacijente makismalno koliko možemo i u tom kontekstu izlazimo ususret. Pacijente molimo da se suzdrže te da ne dolaze ukoliko im zdravlje nije ugroženo. S druge strane, svako onaj koji misli da mu treba pomoć, neka dođe, jer mi imamo trijažne timove koji će svakoga pregledati i uraditi sve ono što je neophodno kako bi zaštitili njegovo zdravlje. Mi se nadamo povoljnom rješenju kako ne bismo maltretirali pacijente koji nisu krivi za sve ovo što se dešava”, zaključio je Suljić.
