Od danas skuplje cigarete u BiH
Cijene pojedinih cigareta od danas su skuplje u rasponu od 0,10 do 0,30 KM po paklici – potvrđeno je iz Uprave za indirektno oprezivanje (UIO) BiH. Podsjećaju da je Upravni odbor UIO ranije donio Odluku o utvrđivanju specifične i minimalne akcize na cigarete i iznosa akcize na duhan za pušenje za 2020. godinu, kojom je definisano da će se od 1. januara 2020. godine, na cigarete i duhan za pušenje plaćati proporcionalna akciza po stopi od 42 posto maloprodajne cijene cigareta i specifična akciza u iznosu od 82,50 KM za 1.000 komada, odnosno 1,65 KM za pakiranje od 20 komada.
-Ukoliko je ukupna akciza na cigarete (proporcionalna + specifična), koja je obračunata po gore navedenim stopama, manja od minimalne akcize, onda se plaća minimalna akciza koja u 2020. godini iznosi od 3,04 KM po kutiji cigareta za pakovanje od 20 komada – pojasnili su iz UIOBiH. Akciza na duhan za pušenje u 2020. godini utvrđuje se na način da iznosi 80 posto minimalne akcize na cigarete u 2020. godini i iznosi 121,60 KM po kilogramu.
Formiranje maloprodajnih cijena cigareta na tržištu BiH je slobodno, što znači da veliki proizvođači i distributeri ovisno o svojoj poslovnoj politici formiraju maloprodajne cijene u koje moraju biti ukalkulisane važeće obaveze po osnovu akciza i PDV-a.
