Od 1. januara apoteke u TK prestaju izdavati lijekove na recept
S obzirom da važeći ugovor o pružanju farmaceutskih usluga izdavanja lijekova sa pozitivne liste lijekova Tuzlanskog kantona i lijekova koji se finansiraju po posebnim programima u 2019. godini, ističe 31.12.2019.godine, te da nije potpisan novi ugovor za 2020. godinu, niti je ponuđen na razmatranje novi ugovor kojim bi bilo riješeno i pitanje naknade za izdavanje lijekova na recept o kojem smo sa Vladom i premijerom TK, predsjednikom Skupštine TK, Ministarstvom zdravstva TK i Zavodom zdravstvenog osiguranja TK pregovarali tokom cijele 2019. godine, obavještavamo Vas da od 01.01.2020. godine apoteke na Tuzlanskom kantonu prestaju sa izdavanjem lijekova na recept, stoji u saopćenju Komore magistara farmacije TK.
Sve apoteke Tuzlanskog kantona u cilju informiranosti pacijenata o novonastaloj situaciji od 01.01. 2020. godine imat će jasno istaknutu obavijest na objektu apoteke: ”U ovoj apoteci se od 01.01.2020. godine ne mogu izdati lijekovi sa esencijalne liste lijekova, iz razloga što sa Zavodom zdravstvenog osiguranja TK nije potpisan ugovor za 2020. godinu”.
Također Vas obavještavamo da apoteke Tuzlanskog kantona neće potpisati bilo kakav aneks ugovora kojim bi se samo produžio rok važenja trenutnog ugovora pod istim usovima kao u 2019. godini, niti će potpisati bilo kakav novi ugovor za 2020. godinu, dok god se ne uvaže naši zahtjevi o visini naknade za izdavanje lijekova na recept koja ne može biti niža od 1,50 KM bez PDV-a, a što predstavlja konačni zaključak svih magistara farmacije TK zaposlenih u apotekama usvojen na sastanku 30.12.2019. godine i kojim se potvrđuju naši stavovi izraženi u zajedničkoj izjavi od 27.11.2019. godine.
