Admir Ganibegović: Živio sam u Njemačkoj, ali nema ljepše zemlje od rodnog kraja
Admir Ganibegović vratio se u Modriču prije šesnaest godina, nakon što je početkom rata devedesetih godina morao napustiti svoj dom.
Rat je proveo u izbjeglištvu u Njemačkoj, u Minhenu, a prve poratne godine proveo je u sarajevskom naselju Ilidža. Na kraju se vratio u svoju porodičnu kuću u rodnom kraju koji, kako kaže, ne bi mijenjao ni za Sarajevo ni za Minhen.
– Kad smo se vratili u našoj kući je bila porodica srpske nacionalnosti. Bile su to prve godine povratka, kada niste mogli jednostavno ni imovinu vratiti, bilo je dosta napetosti. Mi smo se našli u poziciji da riješimo problem tako što ćemo platiti tim ljudima da isele. Faktički morali smo otkupiti vlastitu kuću. Da ne čupaju prozore, stolariju. Malo bizarna situacija, ali nama je bilo najvažnije da vratimo kuću. Nakon godina u izbjeglištvu to nam je bila glavna želja – kaže ovaj tridesetčetverogodišnjak.
Po povratku u Modriču, on je zasnovao porodicu te trenutno živi sa suprugom Nadinom i dvojicom sinova, starijim Esmirom koji ima deset godina i trogodišnjim Mirzom.
– Moja je odluka bila da se vratim i živim s roditeljima. Imam brata koji je ostao u Njemačkoj. I on kaže da bi se sutra vratio da zna šta će raditi. Ja mu kažem dođi i radi sa mnom. Gdje god si, moraš raditi, radio ovdje, radio u Njemačkoj. Ništa ti neće pasti s neba. Kod nas je svijet navikao na humanitarnu. Ti gore u Njemačkoj koliko zaradiš toliko moraš dati za kiriju, auta su skupa, osiguranja su skupa, ko će čuvati djecu, sve se plaća. Naš svijet misli da ga gore čeka med mlijeko, a gore moraš raditi – kaže u razgovoru za Fenu Ganibegović.
Na pitanje o sigurnosnoj situaciji i međunacionalnim odnosima, ističe da je Modriča po tom pitanju prepoznatljiva kao izuzetno pozitivna sredina.
-Na početku je bilo problema, ali Modriča je ipak jedan od najboljih gradova. Vjerujte, nema problema te nacionalne prirode. Surađujemo s ljudima svih vjera. Ljudi su vremenom shvatili da te neke stvari ne vode nigdje. Ja dijete šaljem ovdje u školu i drugo ću. Tu smo i tu planiramo i ostati. Rekoh, živio sam i u Njemačkoj, ali nema ljepše zemlje od rodnog kraja – poručuje ovaj povratnik.
Ganibegovići su u Modriči pokrenuli porodičnu firmu AG Company, koja se bavi preradom i distribucijom ogrjevnog materijala.
– Nijemac kod kojeg smo živjeli tamo nas je posjećivao poslije rata, i on nam je i dao ideju da radimo s drvetom. Krenuli smo s malim kreditom. Za sada sve dobro ide. Prijavljeni smo, ide staž, kad odem u penziju, djeca će preuzeti – objašnjava.
Firma već nekoliko godina posluje, a nedavno su na javnom pozivu dobili i podršku od Federalnog ministarstva raseljenih osoba i izbjeglica, kao jedan od korisnika projekta podrške start-up biznisima, zahvaljujući čemu su proširili proizvodne kapacitete.
– Ministar izbjeglica Edin Ramić je konkretno podržao naš rad, čime je otvoren prostor za nova radna mjesta. Dobili smo finansijsku podršku od Ministarstva od nekih deset hiljada od čega smo kupili mašinski cjepač, koji sami nismo mogli obezbijediti. To nam je vjetar u leđa i dobra podrška. A uložili smo i sami, nije nam bilo žao. Tu se nekako pokazuje i jeste li ozbiljni i za što vam treba donacija. Ima ljudi traže donaciju, da bi je prodali i onda iskoristili te pare u ko će znati šta. Mi smo opremili prostor za mašinu, platili prevoz, doveli struju. Izvozili smo prije u Njemačku, sad imamo plan da to obnovimo i širimo proizvodnju, tražimo prostor da zaposlimo još ljudi – kaže Ganibegović.
Njegova poruka mladim ljudima je da se rad i upornost isplate i da se može planirati budućnost u Bosni i Hercegovini.
