Policijski službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) i Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Tuzlanskog kantona, jutros su u okviru predmeta kodnog naziva Damask, na području opštine Gradačac, po usmenoj naredbi Tužilaštva BiH, lišili slobode jednu osobu zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je počinila krivično djelo organizovanje terorističke grupe i protivzakonito formiranje i pridruživanje stranim paravojnim ili parapolicijskim formacijama.
– Prilikom realizacije navedene akcije policijski službenici SIPA-e su po usmenoj naredbi Suda Bosne i Hercegovine, izvršili pretres lica, objekata i pokretnih stvari na jednoj lokaciji koju koristi osumnjičeni. Tom prilikom pronađena je i privremeno oduzeta određena količina vojne opreme, računari, mobilni telefoni i sim kartice, USB stikovi i drugi predmeti koji mogu poslužiti kao dokaz u krivičnom postupku.
Po okončanju pretresa, u službenim prostorijama SIPA-e izvršena je kriminalistička obrada nad licem lišenim slobode, koje će u skladu sa odredbama Zakona o krivičnom postupku Bosne i Hercegovine, uz izvještaj o počinjenom krivičnom djelu biti predat postupajućem tužiocu Tužilaštva BiH na dalje postupanje, stoji u saopćenju SIPA-e.
