Aktivnosti vezane za izgradnju Gradske garaže u Gradačcu
Danas su Općina Gradačac i firma Belmamionix d.o.o. potpisali Ugovor o prodaji zemljišta za izgradnju Gradske garaže s poslovnim sadržajem u Gradačcu. Sa ovom kompanijom Općina je također potpisala i Ugovor o zajedničkoj izgradnji i diobi na etažne jedinice s obzirom da je u vlasništvu Općine Gradačac 2/5 parcele tj. budućeg objekta.
U narednom periodu krenut će se u proces izrade Glavnog projekta objekta na osnovu već usvojenog Idejnog projekta ( u junu 2018 ) kao i priprema zemljišta za izgradnju gore navedenog objekta (izmještanje podzemnih i nadzemnih instalacija). Završetak radova se očekuje u naredne dvije godine.
Ovim projektom predviđena je izgradnja parking mjesta, supermarketa, caffe-a, restorana, pijaca, sajam i drugi poslovni prostori.
