Belamionix planira u Sarajevu izgradnju velikog tržnog centra na tri etaže
Kompanija Belamionix iz Brčkog nedavno je kupila zemljište nekadašnje firme GP Bosna na području Općine Novi Grad u Sarajevu gdje planira izgradnju nekoliko velikih objekata.
Zemljište se nalazi uz kružni tok koji spaja ulicu Safeta Zajke sa cestom za autoput kraj Sarajeva.
Iz ove brčanske kompanije otkrili su da na tek kupljenom zemljištu u Sarajevu planiraju izgradnju tržnog centra sa tri etaže na blizu 30 hiljada metara kvadratnih. Uz tržni centar planirana je i izgradnja hotela, benzinske pumpe i velikog skladišta, piše Biznisinfo.ba.
Prema prvim informacijama Belamionix u cijeli ovaj projekat planira investirati ukupno 21 milion KM.
Brčanska firma u svom portfoliju ima benzinske pumpe, hipermarkete, supermarkete i autopraonice. Upošljava hiljadu radnika u 17 marketa, 12 benzinskih pumpi, šest autopraonica i u veleprodaji.
Iako nije poznato kada bi trebala početi gradnja, objekat bi navodno trebao biti otvoren već naredne godine.
Treba napomenuti da je prije ikakve izgradnje potrebno usvojiti urbanistički projekat što podrazumijeva javnu raspravu i mišljenje mjesne zajednice.
