Bicikl taksi za kratko vrijeme postao je velika atrakcija u sjeverozapadnoj turskoj provinciji Kirklareli, a riječ je o trokolici koja je u drugim zemljama poznata i kao “tuk-tuk“, javlja Anadolija. Načelnik distrikta Luleburgaz Emin Halebak za AA je kazao kako je projekt “Borba biciklom protiv klimatskih promjena“ realiziran u okviru projekta Evropske unije. “U javni prevoz smo uključili bicikl taksi u znak borbe protiv globalnog zatopljavanja i smanjenjem emisije štetnih gasova želimo biti sudionici borbe protiv klimatskih promjena“, kazao je Halebak.
Projekt vrijedan 50.000 eura podržan je evropskim fondovima IPA i u prvoj etapi će trajati godinu. “Građani imaju priliku besplatnog prevoza u gradu. Vodimo računa da stari, trudnice, invalidi i djeca imaju prednost u našem taksiju“, kazao je Halebak.
