Zvijezda iz Gradačca iza sebe ima uspješnu polusezonu, a sve to je produkt timskog rada cijelog kluba zajedno sa navijačima. Tim povodom kontaktirali smo i sportskog direktora Zvijezde, Đurić Zdravka, koji je jedan od najzaslužnijih ljudi za normalan rad kluba i uspješnih 15 utakmica u ovoj sezoni.
“Došao je dan kada uzdignute glave možemo reći da smo jesenji prvaci Prve lige FBiH. Čast mi je što sam sportski direktor ekipe koja se zove “Zvijezda” Gradačac. Ponosan sam na činjenicu da sam direktno, uz pomoć pojedinih ljudi, uticao na izbor cjelokupnog igračkog kadra kao i šefa stručnog štaba. Biti jesenji šampion ovakve lige, u kojoj je polovina timova već igrala u Premijer ligi BiH, je velika stvar. Ovo je prodkut timskog rada radne grupe, igrača, trenera, sponzora ali i naše vjerne publike. Ostavili smo iza sebe ekonomski mnogo jače ekipe i sredine, a sve to dobrom organizacijom. Naši igrači su pred sobom imali cilj, napravili su dobru atmosferu i drugarstvo u svlačionici, ali prije svega i stručan i kvalitetan rad.” – izjavio je sportski direktor Zvijezde, te se osvrnuo na period koji dolazi.
“Predstoji nam presudna borba za konačan uspjeh. Treba uraditi poslove koji će biti preduslov za konačan trijumf. Prije svega treba zadržati postojeći igrački i trenerski kadar, a zatim dovesti tri ili četiri kvalitetna pojačanja koja bi mogla donijeti prevagu u proljetnom dijelu prvenstva u odnosu na naše konkurente. Svakako da treba obezbjediti kvalitetne pripreme i sve druge uslove koji će pomoći struci i igračima u ostvarivanju cilja, a to je ulazak u Premijer ligu BiH. Sadašnje rukovodstvo kluba nije na odmoru, naporno radimo da sve ove pretpostavke i planove što prije pretvorimo u stvarnost. Očekujemo da se klubu pridruži veći broj onih koji žele i koji mogu finansijski pomoći našem klubu.
Do sada možemo biti zadovoljni i zahvalni Općini Gradačac i Načelniku koji je sve ovo vrijeme nesebično vjerovao u nas i davao nam maksimalnu podršku. Takođe želim se zahvaliti i svima ostalima koji su uložili svoje vrijeme i novac kako bi Zvijezda sada bila na vrhu tabele. Veliko hvala i našoj vjernoj publici koja nas je pratila širom naše države i nije bilo ni jedne utakmice da nismo imali njihovu podršku.
I pored svega imamo jako težak zadatak da pored Sloge, Olimpika, Veleža, Bosne i Orašja izborimo status premijerligaša. Vjerujemo u naš uspjeh, u naše igrače, u šefa stručnog štaba, Upravu kluba, naše sponzore, kao i u naše vjerne navijače. Ujedinjeni sigurno možemo pretvoriti svaku buduću situaciju u pobjedu. I kako sama pjesma kaže: “Ne može nam niko ništa jači smo od sudbine..”, ali neće nas niko mrziti, nego poštovati baš kao što i mi ostale poštujemo.
