Cijeli pokret Zajedno za bolji Srebrenik pristupio NiP-u
U subotu navečer u Srebreniku je održana skupština političkog pokreta “Zajedno za bolji Srebrenik” na kojoj je izglasano i zvanično potvrđeno pristupanje kompletnog političkog pokreta i njegovog predsjednika i gradonačelnika Srebrenika Nihada Omerovića u porodicu “Narod i Pravda”.
Pristupanje političkog pokreta „Zajedno za Srebrenik“ i načelnika Srebrenika Nihada Omerovića predstavlja nastavak širenja Naroda i Pravde i izgradnje stranačke infrastrukture u svim dijelovima Bosne i Hercegovine.
„Ovo je svakako veliko pojačanje za Narod i Pravdu jer se radi o jednoj gradskoj organizaciji i gradonačelniku koji su na proteklim lokalnim izborima zabilježili fantastičan rezultat s ubjedljivom pobjedom Omerovića u utrci za gradonačelnika, kao i značajnim rezultatom liste pokreta ‘Za bolji Srebrenik“ koja je osvojila čak 7 vijećničkih mandata“, navodi se u saopćenju Naroda i Pravde.
Nihad Omerović bio je član SDA od 1992. godine, sekretar stranke, član Izvršnog odbora i vijećnik u Općinskom vijeću. Na vanrednim izborima 2014. godine osvojio je prvi mandat načelnika općine kao kandidat SDA.
Dvije godine kasnije kao zajednički kandidat SDA-SBB osvojio je rekordan broj glasova (13.155), odnosno skoro 70 posto glasova. Odmah nakon ovih izbora počinju nesuglasice sa općinskim odborom SDA Srebrenik, što je kulminiralo u drugoj polovici 2018. godine kada je sa dijelom vijećnika, rukovodstva i članova SDA zvanično i napustio SDA.
