Crna Gora: Državne službenice mogu nositi hidžab
Nošenje hidžaba i brojanica ne narušava Etički kodeks državnih službenika, saopštilo je Ministarstvo javne uprave Crne Gore.
Crnogorsko Ministarstvo javne uprave saopštilo je danas da se nošenjem hidžaba i brojanica “ne narušava Etički kodeks državnih službenika i namještenika” i da to “ne predstavlja neprikladno odijevanje, niti može dovesti u sumnju nepristranost i neutralnost u vršenju poslova državnog službenika”.
Kako se navodi, Ministarstvo je izdalo saopštenje povodom različitih interpretacija i tumačenja u javnosti odredaba Etičkog kodeksa koje se odnose na izražavanje vjerskih obilježja državnih službenika u državnim organima.
Kako piše u saopštenju, Kodeks je urađen u skladu sa najboljom praksom zemalja EU-a i država regiona, a standardi odijevanja na radu u državnim organima Crne Gore usklađeni sa najboljim evropskim praksama.
Službenik mora biti prikladno odjeven
Međutim, kako se podsjeća, “na osnovu Etičkog kodeksa, državni službenik mora biti prikladno i uredno odeven i načinom odijevanja ne smije izražavati političku, vjersku ili drugu ličnu pripadnost koja bi mogla da dovede u sumnju njegovu nepristrasnost i neutralnost u vršenju poslova”.
“To u svakom konkretnom slučaju cijeni starješina državnog organa, u skladu sa standardima odijevanja koje svojim aktom propisuje”, navodi Ministarstvo i dodaje da u skladu sa tim, “nošenje hidžaba, brojanice i sličnog samo po sebi ne predstavlja neprikladno odijevanje u smislu Etičkog kodeksa, niti može dovesti u sumnju nepristranost i neutralnost u vršenju poslova državnog službenika”.
