Danas počinje suđenje Novaliću, Solaku i Hodžiću
U Sudu BiH danas počinje suđenje premijeru Federacije BiH Fadilu Novaliću i ostalim optuženim za nabavku spornih respiratora iz Kine u FBiH.
Osim Novalića, optuženi su suspendovani direktor Federalne uprave civilne zaštite Fahrudin Solak i vlasnik firme “Srebrna malina” Fikret Hodžić.
Direktor Agencije za lijekove i medicinska sredstva BiH Aleksandar Zolak ispitan je u svojstvu osumnjičenog u okviru istrage o nabavci respiratora u FBiH.
Zolak je ispitan u prostorijama Agencije za istrage i zaštitu (Sipa) BiH, a Sipa je pretresla sjedište Agencije za lijekove i medicinska sredstva u Banjaluci, kao i njegov službeni automobil.
Inspektori su tada izuzeli veću količinu dokumentacije u vezi sa aferom “Respiratori” i firmom “Srebrena malina” koja je u jeku pandemije virusa korona uvezla sporne respiratore iz Kine u BiH, vrijednosti 10,5 miliona KM.
Pored Zolaka, ispitivani su još neki zaposleni u ovoj agenciji. Suđenje u predmetu Novalić i drugi zakazano je za 13 sati, objavljeno je na zvaničnoj stranici Suda BiH.
