U Sarajevu je počeo mirni protest članova Saveza sindikata policijskih organa u BiH, Savez sindikata policijskih organa u BiH, koji čine Sindikat SIPA-e, Sindikat GPBiH i Sindikat DKPT-a BiH.
Okupili su se ispred zgrade PSBiH, neposredno pred početak sjednice Doma naroda BiH, kako bi iskazali nezadovoljstvo finansijskim statusom.
Ne doživljavaju nas, to je činjenica, ni opozicija ni predstavnici vlasti. Mislim da smo ušli u ozbiljnu priču i odnosit ćemo valjane odluke. Konkretno, danas samo tražimo da uposlenik koji ima najniža primanja može kupiti deset litara ulja. Jedini smo u svijetu koji nemamo kolektivni ugovor ni osiguranje na radu, tražimo samo vraćanje onog sto smo imali prije 14 godina – kazao je Dragan Krvavac, predsjednik Sindikata Saveza sindikata policijskih organa u BiH.
Haris Salan, predsjednik Sindikata DKPT-a, podsjetio je da policajci imaju najniže plaće.
Svjesni ste koliko su porasle cijene, mi nemamo novca da dođemo na posao. Donijeli smo na UO odluku o stupanju u štrajk – naveo je Salan.
Policajci traže izmjenu Zakona o plaćama i naknadama uposlenih u institucijama BiH kojom se predviđa povećanje koeficijenata za obračun plaća za 0,20 do čina viši inspektor i zvanja stručni savjetnik, kao i hitno usvajanje budžeta za 2022. godinu.
