Džaferović: Deklaracija NATO-a jasno poručuje da je BiH aspirant za članstvo
Član Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine Šefik Džaferović pozdravio je danas usvajanje Deklaracije Organizacije sjevernoatlantskog ugovora (NATO) u kojoj su iznesene pozitivne i važne poruke kada je u pitanju Bosna i Hercegovina.
– Prije svega od najveće važnosti je da je najjača vojna alijansa na svijetu, koja je svojom intervencijom dala presudan doprinos zaustavljanju agresije na BiH, poručila da snažno podržava teritorijalni integritet i suverenitet BiH, što je jasna poruka onima koji još uvijek sanjaju o podjeli Bosne i Hercegovine – kazao je Džaferović za Fenu.
Dodao je da je jako važna poruka Deklaracije i jasno određivanje Bosne i Hercegovine kao aspiranta, odnosno kao države koja teži ka članstvu u NATO-u, čime je NATO savez jasno poručio da priznaje status BiH definiran Programom reformi, kao i sve ranije važeće odluke institucija i Zakon o odbrani kojima je trasiran NATO put BiH.
– Sve navedeno se naravno ne kosi s činjenicom da je za konačno članstvo u NATO-u potrebno potpisivanje i ratifikacija Sjevernoatlantskog/Washingtonskog ugovora, kao finalne stepenice na putu NATO integracije – istaknuo je član Predsjedništva BiH.
Pozdravio je i jasne poruke NATO-a kojima se pozivaju politički lideri da se okrenu konstruktivnim procesima i provođenju reformi, jer to je jedini put kojima Bosna i Hercegovina može ići.
Džaferović je pozvao sve u Bosni i Hercegovini da se suoče s tim činjenicama i da se okrenu konstruktivnim reformskim procesima i stvaranju stabilnog, sigurnog i prosperitetnog političkog i društvenog ambijenta.
