Turski predsjednik Recep Tayyip Erdogan izjavio je kako će Turska uništiti strukturu pokreta Hizmet u Srbiji i na Balkanu, izvijestio je u srijedu turski medij Daily Sabah.
Turska će izbrisati prisutnost Gülenističke terorističke skupine (FETÖ) na Balkanu, izjavio je turski predsjednik Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
U video poruci na svečanosti inauguracije generalnog konzulata Republike Turske u Novom Pazaru, u regiji Sandžak – većinski naseljenom Bošnjacima, Erdoğan je rekao da će Turska uništiti elemente FETÖ-a u Srbiji i na Balkanu. Pri tom je zahvalio Srbiji što je bila jedna od prvih zemalja koja je podržala borbu Turske protiv pokušaj državnog udara.
Erdogan je otvaranje novog generalnog konzulata okarakterizirao kao potez koji će uvelike pridonijeti odnosima Turske i Srbije i olakšati razvojne projekte Turske agencije za suradnju i koordinaciju (TIKA) u toj zemlji.
Turska upozorava na odbjegle pripadnike FETÖ -a u drugim zemljama, uključujući i na Balkanu jer navodno prijete tamošnjoj sigurnosti.
