Lana Pudar najbolja bosanskohercegovačka plivačica osvojila je šesto mjesto u finalnoj utrci na 200 metara delfin na Svjetskom prvenstvu u velikim bazenima.
Pudar je završila dionicu od 200 metara za 2:07:85 i tako osvojila šesto mjesto.
Summer McIntosh (Kanada) okitila se zlatnom medaljom sa isplivanim vremenom 2:05:20, druga je bila Hali Flickinger (SAD) sa vremenom 2:06:08. Bronza ide u Kinu za Yufei Zhang (2:06:32). Regan Smith (SAD) bila je četvrtka (2:06:79), a Elizabeth Dekkers peta. Australijanka je otplivala vrijeme 2:07:01.
Dankinja Helena Bach imala je sedmo vrijeme 2:08:12, baš kao i domaća predstavnica Boglarka Kapas iz Mađarske.
Bio je ovo najbolji rezultat u historiji bh. plivanja na svjetskim prvenstvima u velikim bazenima.
Mlada Mostarka Pudar osvojila je osmo mjesto na 100 metara delfin prije tri dana, a već sutra iza 10 sati je očekuje borba za polufinale discipline 50 metara delfin.
